Hi Dr. Carl, I recently came across your channel, and I want to thank you for posting such knowledge-rich videos. I feel a bit sad seeing the declining numbers on the channel and wanted to offer a small suggestion. While I understand arthritis is your channel's specialty, perhaps creating more videos on general health topics could help attract a wider audience. I usually don't comment or suggest things, but I felt compelled to share because I truly enjoy your energy and passion. Keep up the great work! ❤
I tore my meniscus in March 2024 so experience pain and stiffness in my left knee when trying to squat all the way down, however i can squat to 90 degrees. I also use a band for assistance when I have creaky knees like when I first get up. If I continue doing this exercise every day, will the stiffness in my left knee disappear?
@@Drostvideo Can’t say without knowing the specifics. Improving movement and building strength is the best way to limit impact at your knee for less pain and stiffness. Squats can be part of it. You can try my 30 minute knee pain workouts for more well rounded approach.
Thanks Dr Carl . I’m Bone on Bone… would once a week, 2 sets of 10 be a good starting point ? Got a little cocky doing box squat last week and did a few to many and I paid for it. I will try assisted this week when the knee feels better.
Excellent advice. I also have very tight ankles and iffy knees so will incorporate all this advice into my squat regime 👍
