Hey everybody, I don't do a lot of reviews, but I bought this about 8 months ago and I like it so much I decided to share it with you. The samples at the end were recorded straight into a Tascam DP-006. Not sponsored, unsolicited. Enjoy!
Thanks! No more than regular pedals depending on how high you set the gain on a patch. There is the noise gate which works really well but it's pretty sensitive. I've been using it for about 8 months and I use it a lot. It's been covertly in some of my videos lol
Well, I watched a couple more vids, and couldn't help but order one. The interface seems to be really well done, looks amazingly intuitive- I foresee no probs there. This oughta be fun!
The output of the MP-2 is 1/8" stereo. So if you want to plug it straight into the front of an amp you would use a 1/8" stereo to 1/4" mono cable, something like this... amzn.to/3IUsipI They come in several different lengths.
I’m not very happy with the Bluetooth latency I’m getting. Playing along with a tab player on iPad or laptop and I am seeing about 1/2 second delay. Not sure how much it really matters depending on how you use it.
That's a rubber gripper. If your guitar or bass has it's jack on the front of the body, it helps keep the Mighty Plug 2 from moving around. Thanks for watching.

Great to watch a genuine, independent review like this. The best description of how to use the app that I have seen so far. Thanks!
Thanks a lot, I appreciate it.
Thanks for watching!
Cool! Is it noisy at all plugging it right into the DP? I was expecting it to be pricier when I looked on Amazon. Nice review!
Thanks!

P.S. The samples at the end were actually recorded into a Tascam DP-006. I really like the clean tones.

@@richtintera5524 I agree, the people behind it seem to be really attentive to practical details. Check back in after you mess with it.
Hello i just purchased the mighty plug, but how does the Audio streaming work?
how do u connect it w/ the amp..?

Keep the amp level really low when you start out, then adjust the output level of the MP-2 so it doesn't clip.
1/8" to 1/4" adapter and you can use a regular guitar cable.
@@richtintera5524 Also a good option, I just like as few connections as possible :)
@@StudioonaStick so silly question now. Does this mean that I can use the mighty plug with a normal amp as effectively a miniature multi effects unit?

I'll try that and see. Do you have the latest version of the firmware installed?
Question, what is tha button at the back?? Please reply to this comment. Thanks
