Glad you liked it and if you keep practicing the shaking will stop when the muscles get used to the effort. It takes a bit of time to tone the muscles to this type of practice. I remember when I started yoga, I thought I was strong and fit (I was a swimmer) but I had jelly legs at the end of the classes 🤣😂🤣
@@IyengarYogawithHeather I have a lot of things I'm working on with my yoga and I use a different style every day to accomplish different goals, but this is a style I will be doing at least once a week I'm using it as cross training for boxing
