Tower controllers and Radar controllers have a lot in common as air traffic controllers.
But there are also many differences in the way they solve tasks.

I have a photo of the former control tower at RAF Driffield in the UK and it had a very large sign on the roof saying "24". I am guessing that was something to do with the radio ?

#3: What about "Ground Surveillance Radar" and Flight Progress Strip Boards ensuring the runway is clear?
And the video should be titled "Tower controller vs APPROACH ("TRACON") controller" - "Area" ("En-route" or "Centre") controllers are "Radar" controllers too! 🤷🏻‍♂️
