Ah, they actually address the Zora in Oracle of Ages: the modern Zora refers to himself as an Ocean Zora, saying he is different from the aggressive

  • @Jman89877

I love how they brought the lynel enemy back to BOTW and TOTK. I also really like how they brought back a Zelda 1 boss, the Gleeok to TOTK and made it into an epic enemy.

  • @DameDantalion

I would say that overall my favorite enemy would be Iron Knuckles, mostly cause they're some of the more interesting and dynamic fights in any game they show up in.

  • @KairuHakubi

Goriyas always looked like badgers to me. I must make a correction though, while the localization team calls them Goriyas in Zelda 3 (and its 3DS sequel), they are actually called Copy (hence their behavior). Why they thought they needed to change an English word like that is beyond me. They don't even look similar. But yeah they never show up anymore, I think Bokoblins have totally replaced them as "lesser goons" and Lizalfos as "guys who throw boomerangs."

  • @parrot998

TBF, they replaced the River Zora with water Octoroks in the 3D games (specifically Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Windwaker.) So at very least their mechanics were preserved even though the Zora themselves became friendly.

I grew up with OoT, but when I finally played through my brother's old OG LoZ I was amazed at how many things did survive to later games. In particular, it was so cool to see the Gomah Queen's origin as the Gomah boss. Good times!

Great video! Can’t wait to see more!

I've got one recommendation for a slight tweak to your channel. Put yourself into your thumbnails. Take a moment on the day of filming to take self portraits for the thumbnail so you can edit those in if nothing straight out the video already works. I read a book on growing a youtube channel and people are just drawn to faces. Just look around youtube. People make reactionary faces to their video content be it thoughtful, laughing, confused, excited, whatever they may be. Looking around my suggestions shows lots of people taking 1/3 of their thumbnail image.

Great video, I’m glad someone else enjoys going through the enemy roster and seeing how they’ve evolved as the games go on. Definitely like this idea for a series. Good job on the video!

  • @gingerkays7362

This is a really interesting video concept! As far as what my favorite Zelda game is, it’s a tough choice. I’ve sunk the most hours into BotW, but Minish Cap was the first Zelda game I ever beat. Also, one of my all time favorite video game endings is the ending to A Link Between Worlds

Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks both feature the Geozards.

Great production quality! I really like your content! Can't wait to watch your content for years to come 😊âĪïļ

It’d be cool to see the numbers, ranked from least appearances to most or something.

Cool idea for a series, glad it came across my feed

Fave game/toughest enemy? Well. I really liked OoT with a well broken in N64 controller. Fresh controllers are less comfortable because the analog is kinda stubborn. I liked fighting with the Z-targeting so I would often just start up a game just to fight the wolves, Dark Link, and the Darknut enemies. I haven't cared for Z-targeting since it was mapped to shoulder buttons in other games since then. Underneath the controller felt just right. Circling around an enemy and doing backflips and forward leap slashes just felt cinematic, Not to mention the sidesteps and rolling around.

  • @tiglionabbit

Shoulda shown some footage of the Armos Knights in Zelda 1.

  • @Woofdeath13

This is interesting content I'm just confused on afew things. If this is a series showing the original game enemies then why do 2 of them not have the original spite shown at all?

  • @milkymcmoo

Great idea for videos! I like BOTW best!
