Ali-Express has Rumble FRAM Cartridges and a device to make a game with a motor. No battery, save forever.

Here is an Easter Egg for you for Gameboy Color Legend of the River King 2 English Version. Take the game and run it through the Gameboy MOM Analyzer on PC and change the cartridge type to 1EH from the selection. Then fix the header afterwards until it is correct. This will enable Rumble that was programmed into the Japanese version and just needs to be opened on the English Version. It's way better with Rumble thanks to the original programmers and myself. Catching fish and battles are way more fun. Oops that first M in MOM was supposed to be an R. My bad. This works with the Epilogue GB Operator set to Rumble even if your Geek Tech Premium FRAM Cartridge doesn't have a motor. You could just use mGBA and skip that though. Also works on the Pow Kiddy V90 with the Pocket Go Firmware Update to support Gameboy Color Rumble. It has a motor inside.

Some real cool ways to play Legend of Zelda and Legend of Zelda II are SNES MSU-1 versions of both and 3Dsen for PC is another way. I am really getting into is ZIIAOL_P03 for a remastered version of II. Another favorite lately is Link's Awakening DX HD. It's hard to find but it's great. Some new games that are cool are Piopow from the late developer Jeremias Babini, Sam's Journey and also Mischief Castle.

About patching games, it's crazy easy. There's a program called LunarIPS. I've used it to make a couple patches myself. You can find a youtube guide to run you through the step by step process. Find the other things you'll need too and it's easy.

Stream starts, you ask hows the audio quality from you and the game. It is a little low. Not like I can't hear it, but only halfway to almost loud, which is kinda where I like to hear it. Even though you bumped it up a notch, I still like it louder. I pushed it to the limit of the pc volume I'm allowed but the only way I could get it louder myself would be to switch the stream over to youtube on my switch, then my tv wouldn't have the volume limit imposed upon it. You did really good btw, lot of progress for a couple of hours.

Zelda 2 has a ton of hidden areas for extra lives or xp bags. Would be cool to see them all mapped out.

Nes Likes Likes are my favorite. They looked like pancakes to me. Oh they were the best. It was like breakfast food for an enemy. You could also wail on them a fair bit. They've become less fun, I never liked having my sword clank off them or finding them resistant to damage. That's not as important as making them cute again. Bring back the pancake look. I wouldn't mind if they stole shields again. They're kind of a disposable item these days anyway.

Vires should make a comeback. I'd like it if they did away with they flying aspect and make them too heavy to be airborne for more than a few seconds at a time. They always reminded me of gargoyles. It would probably blow everyone's mind to see a pack of keese or just several land together in a spot and then change into a Vire. After beating a vire up, it should still release two keese, just for tradition. They could spice up the vire's attack patterns. Gargoyles shouldn't be total pushovers after all, but they don't need to be armored either.

I miss gels. They were like little chocolate chips with a vendetta against you. They're just the easiest enemy to take out and they turn into smaller versions on their way out is just cute. They were fun to deal with. A pack of 8+ was almost threatening, but also really not. Maybe they can come back in packs of 20+ for their next return. Chu-Chus are not a replacement in my book. In my book, they had their origin in LttP, but that's just my opinion. They are nothing like gels. Seeing a return would be like having Slime Rancher characters as foes, imo. Perhaps less cute though.

I used to imagine that it would be great to find a room of boss sized Dodongos like from OOT, but with ai more like the nes style with maybe just a slight upgrade. The boss was pretty great, but the next best way to make him more fun would be not locking him and Link into that forced pattern battle. They could get rid of the rolling too, I want them to at least vaguely remind me of triceratops, like how they used to. They can run around, but it should be no faster than Epona. They should also have a stamina system too, since they've been doing that to Link these days. It's only fair.

Octorocks have become total pests. They sort of always were, but hiding every time they take a shot at you is just dirty. I would like it if they shimmied along the ground trying to get you again. They should bring a version of that back and bring it back to stay. No more hiding.

7:13 - WOW!!! I've been a fan of these two games since childhood, and am 45 now. I knew that Spectacle Rock was a corresponding location between the two games. Somehow, I always thought that in the second game, the entire area south of Death Mountain in which the first game took place had been flooded or something. It never really dawned on me that the tiny little area south of Death Mountain in the second game was actually a miniaturized version of the ENTIRE MAP of the first game!!!
