- I'm so excited to show you this video I did with Molly Burke! She's an incredible person and a very talented fashion TH-camr- and the amazing part is that she's completely blind! Vegan Squared I remember she said in a video once that she gets why people put “blind girl” in their titles, and she does too, since it draws people in.
But I find it refreshing when people don’t make that the focus, because while it’s interesting to learn about her perspectives on things as a blind person, it’s not the ONLY thing about her that’s interesting. Being blind is part of her story but it’s not the whole story. So I personally like that Tan didn’t make that the whole focus or use it for the title. Even though Molly probably wouldn’t have minded.
I noticed this too, I know Molly said in a video she doesn’t mind, but I still appreciate the respect of it.

I love how he immediately caught onto how she finds clothes. Like he was asking her to touch them and describing them...a lot of times ive seen Molly with other TH-camrs or collaborators they forget or slip up etc BUT THE CHEMISTRY WAS SO WHOLESOME I WAS SO HAPPY

And she has opened eyes on the thumbnail, some people would make sure that she has closed eyes so she looks 'more blind'

This is so fun! I especially loved the "sexy" moment because as a short, sweet person, I never feel like I'm sexy, either. I'm just the "cute" one, or sometimes the "pretty" one. This felt really affirming to me, too!

Out of all the videos I have seen, this was the one that I was like “Yes!” To every outfit. The sparkly dress yes. The sparkly dress coupled with the satin skirt YES.

I saw Molly’s video first and I love the amount of sass you gave her about her not feeling sexy! I’m a bigger girl and I love to feel and be told that I’m beautiful or sexy. Thank you for not letting her feel like she didn’t have the “right body” for certain clothes!

Love love it! I love textures too! Glitter, and rhinestones. But even blind, I think we are just like everyone. Some girls like t shirts with prints. Others love material, the cut, cool ribbed designs, back out shoulder out!
