Guide to fix error "user profile service failed the sign in. user profile cannot be loaded" in windows 10, windows 8 and in windows 7.
Logging in to a computer is as easy as typing a password (if any) and tapping the sign-in button. If your PC refuses to load your profile and there's a blue screen with a 'User profile cannot be loaded' error message on it, then there's a problem with some files or services that powers your PC's user profile. Follow any of the two solutions in this video to fix this error.

Sometimes I usually just look at videos to do quick fixes and leave but I feel like I'm obligated to say thank you. The second method worked for me

It worked for me too, this is the second time my computer has done this, these people are life savers.
If anyone is having issues getting your computer into safe mode, try these steps:
- Ensure your PC is off
- Press the "power" button to turn on your PC, then hold the "power" button down until PC shuts down automatically (about 5 seconds). Repeat this more than 2 times until you see Preparing Automatic Repair
- Then wait for Windows to diagnose your PC
- Click "Advanced options"
- Click "Troubleshoot"
- Click "Advanced options"
- Click "Startup Settings" to continue
- Click "Restart"
- On your keyboard, press "4" to enter the Safe Mode without the network. (If you need to do some online research after boot into the safe mode, press "5" to enter Safe Mode with network access.)
This did not work for my issue so I followed the steps up to "Troubleshoot, then Advanced options" and tried the option for resetting everything off the computer again but I clicked "Keep my files" to try and gain my profile back because I had factory reset the computer but did not log out so when it booted back up it was stuck on a profile that didn't "exist" on my computer anymore. Hope this helps, if not feel free to replay to this with questions.
Hey so I had a question for you, same thing happened to me and now I'm stuck tryna enter an account which probably doesn't exist (I reset it) and after that I'm having trouble entering the safe mode .
So can you elaborate how it worked for you ? Did you follow the steps mentioned in the video after you entered the safe mode or made an entire new account?
@@ans42131 I honestly don't remember the exact steps but I believe I tried to "recover" my account as if I didn't reset my computer yet. I'm sorry I don't really remember more. I know I didn't make a new account. The steps in the video didn't really help I know that. Did you try what I said in the second part? Like the "keep my files" part?
@@cybrnetics I've already resetted it once so it was not letting me in .
They were asking me for sign in but they shouldn't have as I factory reset all so when 'couldn't load account'
So you're saying to do reset again but this time choose option of keeping my files?

@@ans42131 Yes try keeping the files this time instead of trying to log into an account that "doesn't exist" anymore according to them. after that it should load up and everything should be logged in and your files should be there. if they are and you still want to factory reset let me know and ill try to help you through it without this issue reoccurring.

@@ferrinotura7501 f4 is the button that activates safe mode in the startup settings. He might just be running in safe mode. Not a fix but a alternate way

Step 1: hold shift while pressing restart
Step 2: wait then press trouble shoots, press advanced settings when you do then just press start up setting
Step 3: Press f4 when 1 to 9 shows up press f4 because if you press it you go to safe mode
Step 4: When do taht enter password sometimes you dont need to enter pass word
Step 5: Hold microsoft button then press r then enter this services.msc
Step 6: Just find user profile service then double click on it press apply then ok
Final step: Just restart it but dont hold shift when you do just enter password its all ok
Bonus: just follow the steps you will get your files back :)) support the video it helps alot :))
I forgot to say when you double click press automatic then press apply then restart

Alhamdulillah, method 1 help me. All my data is safe. But for default app is reset, it's not a problem. I can change it if i want. THANK YOU ✨
I hold shift + f8 and tap restart. It will guide you directly to the next steps that you can choose troubleshoot. Hope will help 🌼

Anyone knows what causes this issue? Just woke up this morning and I saw this message popped up on my screen. I didn't do anything weird the last time I used my pc so I was confused what might the problem be.
Either virus attacks, an antivirus software you have that is scanning your pc while you try to log in, or damaged hard drive files
@@yvonii8148 no I don't think it is. I heard it is that the profile is corrupted but for me it happened after I had done a complete format due to my dad thinking I had Spyware on there due to it being pretty slow

All right so I think it does work but somethings preventing me from entering because it keeps loading and loading and loading in my PC has a 2070 super in it with a Samsung 970 Evo so not slow by any means
So it just loads and never moves on basically

@@88Grimmjow dude I just ended up using this external nvme ssd reader I have and wiped the drive completely from my laptop and just reinstall windows and everything. So much easier for me as all my important documents are in a cloud anyway. Could not figure this out for shit.

Okay I purchase a gaming pc from someone , he told me that he needed to update it an he would walk me thru which he did an he also sent me this TH-cam link an that’s how I was able to watch this clip. After I did the steps in the first part it brought me back to the login which when I logged in , it didn’t give me the error message anymore , now it’s just loading an it’s been loading since last night. The guy told me that it’s suppose to do that an it would take up to 24 hours an we’re at like 18 hours right now 😩
