Thanks for this video, it got my PC working again. The issue I have is that it went back to normal before I did a System Restore. Should I do one? Or leave it as it is working? I did not have a password for my laptop. I just logged straight in. Can you please advise. Thank you.

If nothing works then just create a bootable pendrive and install fresh windows on your system , but installing fresh windows asks for fresh partition so your data might get deleted .
@@adyasvlogsandideas5472 i gotcha but after creating a new user i don't have a place to switch the user. It appear on her screen on the left 2 users to switch. i do not :) so it didn't work for me.
I got "system error 1376 has occurred. The specified local group does not exist" after trying to add the new user as an administrator. Help Edit: fixed it** error I made was in the command spelling which should be "Administrators" not "administrator"

my account is stuck on the welcome loading sign after i enter my password on the safe mode with command prompt. Any help?

There’s no power icon on my screen. Just the battery and WiFi.

Please when you hold shift key + restart is not showing advanced option but show your PC will automatically restart please how to fix?
When your logging into your account there should be a power button on the bottom right corner, you then hold shift while hitting restart
