You should learn to breathe properly while speaking. It's super annoying to hear you stop in the middle of a phrase to speak. When writing your script, add some commas and periods and only breathe on the punctuation. It's 1000x less annoying to hear a long pause where you take a good breath on a punctuation than hearing you stop twice in 5 seconds Example : Bad - "Pointing a gun at someone is illegal and would [breath] land him and a 5000$ fi[breath]ine [...]" Good - "Pointing a gun at someone is illegal, [pause/breath] and would land him a 5000$ fine. [...]" If you need to breathe often it's not a problem, prepare your script in a way it allows you to do so without being annoying. You can do better.
