Kurapika is almost the "villain" here, the way he dominates the fight and torture his enemy, damn... Uvogin left a nice impact, charismatic antagonist. HxH is so goddamn great, a shame the author got sick. Hope he can finish the damn thing, even if it take decades
This wasn’t even a fight, it was an execution. Kurapika planned the whole thing out from the beginning. Uvo “hitting” him was just Kurapika testing out if he could take a hit from a strong enhancer.
This is the same as luffy testing his new haki as he storms kaidos Island.
Lmao nearly every fight in hxh is an execution. Just look at killua's fighting. This dude beats the shit out of everyone whitouth caring
1:20 didn't know Dio was here.
🤣
@@thatvolvoguy6565 Dio with Jolyne kidnapping Wamuu 🤣🤣🤣
Only thing lacking here : MUDA
Yes its his voice and I love the fact that they even designed the character as a jojo character !
I always loved how Kurapika was put off like a non important character. And then you have this masterpiece to completely blow your mind.
best written hxh character tbh
@ME_K1LLU4 I'd agree, the pacing and revealing of his powers was very unexpected and cool to watch unravel.
"Most people can only use one type of nen"
The fact that Kurapika brought a shovel to the fight knowing that he was going to have to bury his opponent afterwards is just fucking diabolical.
Instead of training long and hard to become steadily stronger overtime and live a long life. Kurapika choose to equip himself with immense power right away at the cost of shortening his life.
If he did that the spiders would have died from old age
@@asonofliberty3662 exactly it’s an elegant system in hunter hunter. People aren’t just born or inherit some stupid power that basically makes them invincible. Strength comes from training and sacrifice which is how it should be in anime and life. Because I’m life if you want to become a master body builder or something it takes a lot of time and time away from your friends and family.
This is the episode where I realized Kurapika is probably my new favorite character
Rewatching this made me realise how good of a show this was
after reading Chapter 397. I now see this video in a different perspective.
It breaks my heart to see Uvogin die 😔
I was looking for this comment, feel the same way😭 I respect how he went out tho
Yep same togashi that sneaky genius bastard had me contemplating life after what the latest chapters show the phantom troupe's motive.
Bro uvogin is a absolute unit
The amount of people in here who apparently never heard of copyright / have bo idea how it works is honestly astounding...
Who cares abt copyright nigga? 😭 stop trying to act condescending over information that no one with a life would know about. We're here to watch a fight 💀 damn
5:50 Kurapika: Look! Now we're back to squa-
Uvogin: GOD DAMN IT!!!!
Guys, the person that made this comment is me. I had to make this account because I got a new phone and I couldn’t remember my password. Sad.
Considering the name of that account versus your new one, I'd say it's for the better
@@jayhill2193 Yea wasn’t really thinking with that one. Plus it did seem kinda rude. Apologies.😂😅
@@LucidMints never ever and I mean ever make that you platform name again.
Kurapika reminds me of Kurama they both become cold blooded savages when serious
Fight starts at 3:50
Kurapika yells ''chain ji''
Uvogin: ''Arrree.. why am I hearing boss music''
the fact that he didnt snitch on his friends made him very respectable
Kurapika became my favourite character after this fight
Uvogin is one of my favorite Phantom Troupe members because of his sheer loyalty. He even went on to meet Kurapika without any escorts. I mean the dude could have just at least let Shalnark tag along. Such a well-written character of honor and integrity.
Love how the first guy tries to stab his arm with a sword but when Kurapika punches his nose it's going too far
You know kurapika was so confident that he even bought a shovel with him
Ever made a Nen?

Kurapika is my favorite of all time. And I just went from watching the Chimera Ant arc. It's good to see a villain who actually deserves it xD

all that emotions in a fight , thamm!
I find something really funny about the way Uvogin gets snatched up, screaming
impressive on how he can stop a dude who is not only shredded but literally can destroy mountains with a finger
Kurapika really brought a shovel to a Nen death match and made it work 🤣
The more vows and sacrifices the more power Nen will grant.
Man's brought a shovel to a death match coz he knew he was about to catch a body 😂
Uvogin: I can break these chains.
Kurapika: You can't break this chains.
Good on you if you get the meme.
The only difference is the body built. Uvogin is large while the other one is la
I can break these cuffs...
arguably the most badass victory i’ve ever seen
Gon vs pitou????
I love how Kurapika is built, having a "feminine" and gentle aspects, because of how the genders ideals were established we don't usually see man's characters that have feminine traits being so strong and as a model, specially in the anime world, that has one of the most toxic fan bases, which is super contradictory actually, since that guys love to see different characters with different backgrounds, as long as they don't break the masculinity social rules, and Kurapika does that. Of course that this happens because Togashi didn't correlate being sweet, gentle and "feminine" to being weak, as most of the authors do.
This scene hits different for manga readers
If Kurapikas Powers are unclear, ask me Whatever you want...
@@loturzelrestaurant The troupe’s backstory (at least the initiation) is revealed.

Five seconds of this video is more entertaining than all of The Marvels, Captain Marvel, and She-Hulk combined.
Kurapika walked up like , "it smells like bish out here" proceeds to throwing hands
Man, I just finished the show, I'm gonna miss it, what a banger!

His commitment against the spiders made him into a god punisher like damn......really loved this fight so much
I Actually kind of felt bad for the villain on this one😂 man pulled out all the plot armor
One of the best arcs with one of the best fights of all time
Can we take a moment appreciate the fact that Kurapika was running his mouth talking big and actually meant every word?
That's a rarity in anime lol.
Remember when Leorio insulted Kurapika’s family and wanted to fight Kurapika? The only difference here is nen. Kurapika would have decimated him, luckily Gon saved him.
didn't kurapika not have access to nen in that point in the story?
@@thatnentendogamer3611 yes indeed people seem to forget that Nen wasn't known by any of them before the Heavens Arena Arc

THE POWER OF AKAKU COMPELS YOU, UVO!
Bro Kurapika is so fucking cool😎 HxH is still one of my favorite series of all time, even after watching a hell of a lot more anime, bless it😇
I come back to this particular fight every so often. Uvogin was possibly the most dangerous problem for our heroes aside from Kurapika if course. If he had survived later on, Gon, Killua, Leon, hell all of the friends would get crushed by this man. As far as Enhancer specialty, he was the absolute pennicle of his class bar none.
Damn, I feel like kurapika can match killua's godspeed while in emperor time.
So true .
Yup.
When Kurapika finds out the Troupe is on board the Whale ship, it's gonna go DOWN
Kurapika is fucking OP. His ability is sharingan level.
I have another channeI _guykage. just starting out, mind helping?
Always remember that him bringing a Shovel wasn't a threat. It was a promise.
It always saddens me that Kurapika wasn't in the chimera arc. Just think about it, It is happening Kurapika vs Meruem fight and suddenly camera angle changes to a shovel laying down on the ground.
That scene would kill me bruh ☠️😂
But he can only use chains against phantom troupe tho
