Baki forced the strongest man in the world to admit his imaginary soup was salty and made him "lie" about it. Then he made yujiro freak out over an imaginary table flip. Baki forced his will on the strongest man and made him concede which means that he could claim that title
I think you missed the point of the dialogue he had with his mother's former butler when questionning about how he felt towards Yujiro and claim that he no longer hates him after many years starting to understand his father, Baki admitted that her mom was fufilled when she got the hug of death by Yujiro in retrospective. If he fought Yujiro, it's simply to repay his mother's last moment where she gave him love for the first time by protecting him and also bonding with his father with the sole way possible : punching him really hard.
Yujiro killed the mom because the mom CHALLENGED him as an opponent. They literally covered this before the fight. Baki is fighting Yujiro to repay her love, not for revenge.

Baki won the fight by making his father cook him the meal ... though that he didn't actually beat his father he still showed him that his will is way beyond his body limit.
The best scene was when Baki knocked out his father with a single unseen punch, with the same invisible knocking punch he gave to Olivya, and his father wanted to caress his head with astonished happiness and pride, and Baki got emotional. Also, he showed his father the same animal powers that he did to Pickle, and when Baki’s senses were opened, his explosive power was explosive. His rise to strength level was more than enough to make Yujiro proud.
If you’ve been watching this show since grappler Baki 2001, this whole end fight is fucking awesome. What a great journey. So many memorable over the top and goofy scenes. Somehow it’s an anime mostly devoid of deep meaning (besides themes of family relations) yet it ends up being such a creative anime / manga.
I literally have been watching this my entire life and waiting to see how it ends. My stepfather got me into it when I was 4, and since then I’ve been a major Baki head, so seeing the conclusion of the fight finally, I feel like it healed something in me. I’ve never been more proud of Baki for not only fighting as hard as he did, but also maturely handing over the victory. My only wish is that they played Child Prey when the crowd yelled about the conclusion

For Yujiro and Baki, this was just a FATHER AND SON-BONDING! And watching Baki the Grappler since the very beginning, this was lowkey a beautiful moment in its own way! 🔥
9:47 got me dead baki said "but clearly you can see im gonna win even if it means pissing my own pants“
I never thought I'd live long enough to see this fight animated. It feels like decades since the manga was released. Thanks to your video I learned that anime adaptation exists. Thank you kind sir!
When did it get released?
@@PocketLegendsGodThe manga this fight takes place in (the 3rd part out of 6) began in 2005 and finished in 2012.

Hey I uploaded baki full story in one video it would be great if you can check it out
When reading this fight I felt like it was more brutal. Watching it like this, it's easy to see how they're just having a family moment together.

their power and recovery seems unreal but this is indeed a real life show.
Some fathers and sons go fishing. Others go camping. There are also those father-son duos who find other ways of expressing their love for each other. For Yujiro and Baki, it's beating the living shit out of each other to strengthen their bond as father and son. Very touching!
even though technically its a draw, its still one of the most satisfying conclusion to this Father and Son fight
Agree

Honestly from what I've seen of Yujiro, being as insane as he is, he really does seem to care about Baki in his own way.
I actually agree. Yujiro took his son. Baki and chock slammed him into a car from the top of a building.
Afterwards, Baki asks for help up. Yujiro in response, closes his eyes makes a noise and goes and does it.
Thats pretty dang huge.

I can’t wait for the musashi arc, definitely the best arc in my opinion so far.
This was a beautiful fight between the two and you can see the joy and sheer pride Yujiro has for Baki now.
I loved how Yujiro just slowly punched Baki 😂
Yeah that was my favorite part 😂 too

I know a lot of people wanted like an allout death brawl. But really this fight was so much more poetic than many anime fights before it.
This show is so fkn hilarious every time I see clips of it, I don’t even want to watch it bc I love seeing it all out of context lmao
9:36 I remember reading this part in the manga thinking Yujiro is a monster 😂 so glad it’s finally animated
9:46 Wait, why did he piss his pants?
Baki forced the strongest man in the world to admit his imaginary soup was salty and made him "lie" about it. Then he made yujiro freak out over an imaginary table flip. Baki forced his will on the strongest man and made him concede which means that he could claim that title

The ending was happy but is Baki truly going to ignore the fact that Yujiro killed his mother
The answer to your question is yes
I don’t know if you seen the first series, but she was kind of a bitch 😂
@@AccelBurner honestly it is nothing more mental gymnastics LOL
Yujiro killed the mom because the mom CHALLENGED him as an opponent. They literally covered this before the fight. Baki is fighting Yujiro to repay her love, not for revenge.
Healthiest father and son relationship:
That famous super fast air punch had me laughing pop his as after showing off 😂😂😂
yujiro seeing baki can induce mass psychosis with a tryceratops. he decides to shoot a hadoken and put particle effects on his moves, with mass psychosis. truly a father son moment.

@@Geardovakhin Literally "son"
Baki won the fight by making his father cook him the meal ... though that he didn't actually beat his father he still showed him that his will is way beyond his body limit.
The best scene was when Baki knocked out his father with a single unseen punch, with the same invisible knocking punch he gave to Olivya, and his father wanted to caress his head with astonished happiness and pride, and Baki got emotional. Also, he showed his father the same animal powers that he did to Pickle, and when Baki’s senses were opened, his explosive power was explosive. His rise to strength level was more than enough to make Yujiro proud.
Yujiro finally acknowledges Baki and Baki is mature enough to understand what Yujiro was expecting of him all these years.
I feel sad that Yujiro didn't treat Jack like how he treated Baki.. I hope Jack will show that he is worthy to be acknowledged like Baki...

Ahh, the art of localization.
Japanese: Father and Son..
English: It's the age-old dilemma between father and son...
I respect Yujiro Hanma's character, with his power, wealth, and connections. He can choose to rule the world but instead he chooses to used it all to find a way to kill himself and "raise" his son
