Great video! Looking forward to the Saturn 4 ultra review. I am a new subscriber. The info and help you provide on discord is top notch. Thank you for your time.
Thank you and thank you for your sub! As I work with this new generation of printer it will be fun to see how they are different in the good and the bad. Hopefully mostly great things with all of them.
Awesome video Derek, thanks for the review!
always insightful, thank you.
Thanks you!
Nice vid bud. Love the opening knife and the lapel mic.
Thanks Mr Satan! This entire video was unscripted we are doing it live! Maybe not as fast of information as some may like but I enjoy making it more than the highly scripted content.
@@J3DTech imo those are the best. Your unscripted content is vastly superior to most. Especially in the 3d printed space.
Very thorough unboxing. I look forward to seeing more. Sad to see the ACF and curious about the cost of spare vats.
I admit I sort of want this to be my next printer, but the vat may force me to hold off until more info is available.
As for that crazy little spatula thingy. That was the best 7 bucks I've ever spent in this hobby. The level of improvement it applies to removing prints defies logic. Must have.
I have a lot of planned testing on that, I want to see what it's good and bad at and see what type of user wants it vs maybe should avoid. These new printers are starting to get pretty different in their approach. I feel now we will have what printer is best for what user. Insted what is the best of the same.
Thanks for the unboxing and review, much appreciated!
Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment!
Hi! Would be nice to see a m7 pro vs saturn 4 ultra. There is not a single video of that except in french and I think most if us are looking to buy one of thise two.
@@angelfh3309 I'm working on it, but I'll also throw in the Revo and use the M3P as a baseline.
Joyfulll as always. Send some goodies here as well sometime 😊😊😊😊
You want some calibration parts that's about all I have around 😁
@@J3DTech send some printers you dont use anymore with some heaters 😎😎😎😎
@@entertainerkk4379 Hmm I think I have a build plate I don't use anymore. I don't use my printesr to make pretty things. They are all used for research and so I need them to test different ideas. Even the old ones.
The master is only one 💪 thx sensei for the reviev 🙏 this printer is very similar like M3 premium - maybe anycubic start learn ? :)
It will be fun to see, I'm going to continue to use the M3-P as my baseline till a new king is found.
Are you planning on doing a follow up for this printer at some point?
Yes, but I'm pretty sure that follow-up is going to be with the M3 premium, the Saturn IV Ultra and the Revo and this printer in a versus competition.
The M3 premium will be there to set a baseline. The other printers will be there because I think there's enough differences with these printers. Now it's no longer who makes the best printer. It's what printer fits what you need to do the best
@@J3DTech hero!!
I like the video in general, my favorite scene is when you throw away the carbon filter after installing it xD 10/10
@@Foxenkraft Thanks that was not planned at all, I wanted to show people that you need to remember to remove the cover but then I was like.. why..
Where did you get the tool for removing the print from the build plate ?
@@jasonmcmullen6348 In the description of this video I have a link to my guide for 3D printing. There is a LOT of information in there but at the bottom I have links to everything I use.
Think you mean 10microns (or 0.01mm) not 1um which would be 0.001?
You are correct! Grr that's what I get for doing it with no script. Yes i should have said 10um not 1um.
FIRST!
And first in my heart , ddawwwww 😁
Good video, more hate on the carbon filters is needed.
Lol thanks and yes, I hope you saw the part where I threw it.
I was expecting to see a bin on the desk and you chucking a lot of parts into it.
@@mugetzu Ill keep that in mind for the next one
Yes.. very curious about your review.. 3D printing God. I just went with the hype of the 12K printer and bought the m5s and... I was disspointed. I mean.. its cost me 400 bucks so.., its okeish.... sninf. So.. never buy a printer again unless see a full review.... by you or deniss wong.
Thank you, that is very high praise, Getting the full review will take some time. I like to have the printer for a while, and even work helping other users with it before I feel I fully understand the good and bad to make that honest review.
