Hey Paul I got help with the translation of the japanese characters @モチポンズ helped me out, quoting his response " that's 左上 中上 meaning left-up and middle-up. It looks like there might be another 左 (left) to the right of that but it never scrolls into view. Since it's a glitch compilation, I wonder if there's any real meaning though... "

That glitch against chunli is an emulation glitch it absolutely does not work in arcade version of world warrior.
