    The presentation was very good. The wind sound really distorted your verbal instruction. Your explanation of each movement/posture was excellent, when I could hear it over the wind. If you do this again, consider some type of filtering for the wind problem. Thank you for sharing this.

    What? I did these exercises and I felt emotional. It's like ,I felt like crying ( happy cry) not a sad one. If that makes any sense. I have no idea why that happened. I've been doing meditation for awhile but this was awesome.

      Update from Texas , I commented before on your channel . Ive been raising my son since he was 3 . They said he would always be disabled due to his Autism . Three years of Speech , Physical and Occupational Therapy and many sleepless nights and a constant reminder that I love him . Today , My son is seven is and has improved drastically. He is in regular classes and is in a Chess , Art and Lego Club. Im proud to say that he is in enrolled and has begun Martial Arts Training and your channel gives us additional inspiration. My Son has beat the odds especially with no mother in his life. Life . Much Love and Respect to You and Your Family.

    I have been doing wing chun now for about two months and we at times in class do some Qigong but how long does it take on average before you truly feel the benefits of Qigong. ..Thank you for sharing this video.

    What kind of shoes is that ? They seem thinner soles so that the energy could flow better all I have are regular tennis shoes

      Its called Fei Yue in chinese but you can wearing the tennis shoer to train as these movements are not too fast :)
