    I'm finding this kind of thing very useful and interesting. At my current stage in life, finding tools to regulate my daily mindfulness and health is very important to me.
    I used to think that there was a playbook to follow to enlightenment , a step by step guide to better being but have found it more a moment by moment response to the stimulus that comes your way as the flow of time washes over you. Living HEALTHY in the moment.

    Hi Shifu. I have been training Kung Fu for one year now. I go to the local Kung Fu club in Toronto where I learn choy lee fut, and some hun gar and do pai. Your lessons help me so much on the days I have off and to get ready and cool down after training. I try to do one qigong video every day and I use your Kung Fu warm-up video all the time. This one is great for before bed. I was wondering what are the shoes you are wearing? I am trying to find good shoes for training and yours look very nice

    Thanks Shifu, great video. I watched this video this morning and the calming music with your calm voice and I was falling back to sleep. Then, my 3 kids came in screaming, shouting and jumping and now I am wide awake.

    Wow! I am really glad I found these videos. I actually came across your very first stretching one (with the barking dog). It was so great to get to see your other videos.     first when I start learning kung fu first week I watch your 5 days kung fu workout program then my friends in neighborhood started with me I am 16 years old then my small bro start with me after two months we start learning Lian Huang Quan after learning it fully after it I start learning xiao Hong Quan then yin shu gun staff then shaolin broad sword with stick because I don't have sword then qi xing quan then damon Jiang then I learned shaolin spear and now I take break for 1 month because I am Muslim and its Ramadan I have to fast and
    after Ramadan I thinking to learn shaolin cane but I dont know from where I could found it can I do it with stick tell me master

      wow you have been training alots :) yes i believe you will able to find the Shaolin Cane Form on youtube easily and also you could use a stick make a Shaolin Cane that will be even better :) bgood luck.

    Hi, Nice video, Just, can I have your opinion on cold stretching ? Do you think this is a good way to gain flexibility or is it necessary to warm up each stretching session ?

      It’s definitely best to warm up before stretching, cold stretching runs the risk of injury. Hope this helps.

    Hi Sir. I am practicing wushu at home but my flexibility and split stretching doesnot last for long time. For example If I do full splits and other partner stretching today in my wushu workout and as I cooled down so after few hours my flexibility and splits goes reverse and I got stiffed and I even cannot open my legs on the other day.
    Please guide me how my flexibility lasts for long time and make some guide video for me please. Kindly advice me please.

    Unfortunately not enough patience and energy. I have been in lockdown since the 16th of March with 3 kids under 5. I find myself shouting a lot lately. I feel sorry for my kids to tell you the truth. I get up at 4am most days to run just to get some time to myself!

      Yes lee, it is hard, especially with 3 young children, I can totally understand, we have one 4 year old and it can get stressful sometimes I can imagine how hard would it be for you.
