One of the first videos I ever made was a 10 min basic kung fu warm-up and stretch routine, and it is one of the most popular videos on my Channel and that video was made over 5 years ago!
I thought in celebration of us reaching 50k subscribers and getting over the 5 year mark on TH-cam, today I would like to share with you an Updated version of Kung Fu Warm-Up and Stretch Routine, this time is 20 minutes.
This is a great routine to do before any training or if you are short on time just this on it so own is a good workout to do.

Wanted to say something. This is amazing, I love this warmup, and am training in this so I can one day be able to go to a shaolin monetary to learn martial arts. I will be going in a few months once things open back up. Your videos are awesome. I would love to donate and support you more to keep up the great work.
How are things?
A year later, where you at? I trained at the Shaolin Temple from 2008-2010, and let me just tell you... if you want to prepare for the Shaolin Temple you'll need to do this, and a lot more, at least 3 times a day. Run every morning 3-5 miles light jog, calisthenics, wushu, yoga, boxing, whatever you can fill your entire day with. :) Good luck!

I’m wondering how much real training I can get solely from online/videos. I can only suggest for future videos, spend an extra moment on how to keep our knees safe when transitioning left to right, Such as during the Panda warm up. I felt a bit awkward because it was new to me and I wasn’t sure if I was straining my knees and lower back. A moment of guidance on safety would be appreciated. Thank you. I really do appreciate you sharing your kung fu practice with us - it is enervating! Woolung panda is a little hard for a beginner such as me. If you could demonstrate it a little slower and with clear instructions I think it would be simpler for all of us to follow. Thanking you.
