    In this video I show you 4 ways you can stretch your legs at home using any chair to make your legs more flexible for kung fu training. You just need spend 5 to 10min a day to do this simple stretch and you will see your flexibility improving gradually.

    I really liked this one! I used to be a dancer in high school and I was the least flexible on the team every year. I stretched every single day without rest using my teachers tips but i always felt tight. However with these stretches I feel so good!

    Shifu, for the hip stretch do you flex your elevated leg at all (gently locking the knee), or is it completely relaxed?

    Shi Yanxin, if you could make a video on the history and origin of the Tong Zi Gong, I would love that. Tong Zi Gong is very interesting to me and I can not find the history on my own.

      +dante DMC once per a day its good enough and 4--6 days a week will do.
