I just started as a d3 Flex driver and I'm wondering if I'm actually an independent contractor or not. It seems to be a question people are tripping up on. It also bugs bugs me that I spent hours learning and doing quizes on safe driving and yet we have no winter tires. I'm in Canada so that's kind of an issue for me lol
