The pineapple and flipper are awesome. Continue more on those. Your set up is cool. As a former Network Engineer....I absolutely agree with trying things, learning experience, and going for it. I have learned much more by "breaking" things than it working perfect every time.

When you make those videos don't use blur it's not deconstructive. Make sure you use bars to black it out and don't use anything that has any amount of transparency at all.

That's a good selection of tools to start doing some stuff. The flipper has a usb to uart serial adapter, which is an underutilized feature, in my opinion. I hate the range on the subghz frequency.

That’s all you really need to start out. You can start playing with cyber security tools built into the operating system. You can start by buying some of these gadgets and just messing around on your own. But make sure they’re in controlled environments don’t do anything illegal.

Get a job with a company like you say.
You could get good and then go around local businesses offering free penetration tests to get some clients on your resume and then start hitting up new businesses to become clients.
Just be a good person, do a good job and the work will come if you’re out there.

I might make some cheaper products cause hack five tends to be very expensive. There’s definitely cheaper alternatives.

Idk did you ever use Ventoy, since you use 3 usb drives why dont just use one high quality high capacity drive, then have multiple ISOs in single drive
Second, saw use Pi Pico for bad usb, have you consider digispark? Cheaper, smaller can be used as "disposable bad USB"
    Just saying
