Who’s still coming back here in 2024?
вот прям сейчас смотрю
Here i am
Here 🤗
Здесь!
Yep ❤
I was there that afternoon/night. Bar marrying my wife , best night of my life. Took me 6 days to recover my voice and 48 to hear properly. What a man , what a band. Legends.
I was there too, to celebrate my upcoming 21st birthday that was around 6 weeks later. It's the best concert I ever attended. Danced all the way through both HotHouse Flowers and INXS. Loved Roachford too. Took me a couple of days to recover 😂
pure envy from my side!
I was there too. Remember the Jesus jones set? Whatever happened to them? It was a really great (and long) day. My most enduring memories were of inxs, but also seeing blonde for about the two dozenth time 😊
Don't forget ...jellyfish? Hot house flowers... and Rochford? @@DLRS1
Inxs blew them all away
@@DLRS1 don't forget jellyfish and Rochford !
I've just spent the last 40 minutes watching INXS videos and dancing with my miniature poodle. I'll be 51 this year and I still miss Michael Hutchence!
When you rob your brain of oxygen (asphyxia), you experience a high -- euphoria, dizziness, and lowered inhibition -- before you lose consciousness.
Good for you.
I'm 76 and I still binge Michael ....
God bless you!!
@@sueroasaballard8337 I love you
After Queen’s Live Aid this is the most power-driven performance I have ever seen! One of the most classy bands ever. Long live INXS.
you are rihgt but rammstein is were near
Michael Hutchence and INXS were the greatest band on the planet in 1991 and it shows right here - pure talent 😎🔥
I agree. We can only imagine the level INXS would have attained today--the great music they would have given us.
Totally Agree.Still watch these Videos and listen to there music 23 years later. Michael was a Fantastic Frontman.
greatest band on the planet ohhh yeahhhhh
Gato demais!! Uma pena!
@Shane Indyvader Absolutely. He was one of my Favorite Frontman.
Michael Hutchence was and is still the greatest rock star of all time.
Michael is one of the greatest frontmen in the history of music
How these guys are not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is beyond me.
It’s f’in nuts.
But hey, we can put rappers in there!
But hey, we can put rappers in there!
Moving targets are hard to hit. When I signed the petition, 15k was the goal. I was about 12089. The timeless gifts given by INXS far outweigh what the RRHOF has to offer, i believe. They are worthy of much more than being "waitlisted" on their roster. They deserve much more. Hail! X
@@ursulamacx It says more about the RRHOF's credibility that they won't induct them. At this juncture, it's almost better they aren't inducted as it would preserve the band's cool/quality.
How amazing that he could sound so close to the vocals on the album while performing live. What an icon.
without auto tune!
He sounds even better live!
I was unfortunately born the year Michael Hutchence passed away, so I never got experience his showmanship. But my parents exposed me to INXS at a young age, and to this day they’re still one of my favourite bands of all time. And there’s no changing my mind that Michael is my all time favourite singer. 25 years since you left, and still missed now. RIP Michael, the G.O.A.T
RIP Michael Hutchence (January 22, 1960 - November 22, 1997), aged 37
You will be remembered as a legend.
I once heard that life and death are just numbers. It's the "dash" that really indicates how one has lived. What a dash Michael has. I hope in the afterlife, Hutch can see how much he is adored and respected for the true artist he is. Not just an ass shaker. X
This band was SO FAR ahead of their time.
Absolutely true!
INXS were a great live band. I never had the privilege to see them live, unfortunately.
Same here.
Me either 😩
same here and they were in my country back in 1994, a big regret! 😭
not alone, bro
I saw them live in Mexico City. Listening to this brings back wonderful memories 🙂✌🏾😎
I'd say this concert was one of the greatest of all time.
OK with you
Can you all imagine if INXS played at Superbowl post 2000? They would have gone down as the best. I wanted so much more for this band.
Dichosos los que nacieron en los 60' s disfrutarón LA MEJOR ÉPOCA.
Yo nací a finales de los 70's no me arrepiento, pero mis papás debieron apresurarse para traerme al mundo.
The last rock star ♥️
Wow, nearly 30 years went bye fast. Good music last forever.
👍
Just like we back our younger years.👍
Yes!!!!
The gift Michael and company gave will last forever ✌️❤️😀.
Granica
One of the best live music videos I've ever seen, honestly
Michael was the sexiest man 💚
the last rock emperor...
I wish I got to see them live. My husband who moved from the Philippines to LA in the early 80’s, have seen them all. From Depeche Mode to Oingo Boingo, everyone. And he said INXS blew all of them offstage. So jealous.
Michael Huthence is timeless. Such a beautiful man.
Beautiful is a detail but how how his talent was such high level!!!! (Sorry, i'm french, english is difficult for me when i write... 😉)
I absolutely agree With
.
Absolutely FIT XXXX
Michael is singing his heart out!!!! God, I miss him so much!!!!
i hear ya. love Michael...no front man like him.
💙 I miss him, too. Odd circumstances surrounding his untimely death. I'm still wondering if he was murdered?
@@loristars1364 I wonder that also but I do believe that what happened with the court battle of Paula and Sir Bob (Geldof) that morning put him over the edge - he had brain damage from about 5 years earlier, his mates said he was never the same, he was angry, aggressive and depressed so I think that ultimately played a role in his death - the autopsy found brain damage. So very very sad.
@@kimmackie1629 Thank you so much for the information. I didn't know about that stuff. It makes sense now.
You're absolutely right.
💛
@@loristars1364 you are welcome. I don't think many people realize that he had suffered a head injury (a taxi driver pushed him in Europe and he hit his head on a curb). They didn't realize he should get medical help immediately - his personality changed almost instantly and he refused any treatment. Later, he saw a doctor who explained what had happened to him. He lost his sense of taste and smell for the rest of his life which was devastating to him. I watched all the youtube videos and all the interviews, etc. during the pandemic and that is how I learned all of this. Take care Lori
The restoration work done on this footage is absolutely outrageous. It looks like it was recorded yesterday. FANTASTIC job.
INXS always look timeless too- their fashion and style was never glued to a time stamp and neither was their music in my opinion. What a band and what a frontman.
I'd like to have this concert on BluRay. Must have been legendary... already back then.

Can't wait to see him again
Revelation 21 : 3-6
this was shot on 35mm film and it was preserved, they rescanned it with new technology and that's why it looks good

Could have been filmed yesterday.... timeless
Think the same
2024❤ still listen?
This was the highlight of that concert for me. Andrew’s funky keys and the breakdown with Jon’s amazing drumming and Michael’s scream. Staggeringly good.
❤
It goes into ‘Lately’ so well too 👌
Almost 30 years on and it still sounds great as ever. Greatest band ever!!!
Greatest different band.

2022
Do you bleech also your " poodle"s' teeth?
I agree
And to think that nothing today comes even close to this. Amazing.
Damn! They really managed to get some incredible resolution out of a video tape from 1991. I actually can't believe what i'm watching was originally filmed 29 years ago.
Technology is incredible.
this is 35mm
@@nikosvault Forgive my correcting you on this, but it was actually shot on 16mm, not 35mm - which is absolutely astounding. 16mm film stock had come a long way by the time they filmed this, it was actually the original film to video transfer process that wasn't up to the task, but the detail was always there.
I watched a promo a couple of days back on this restoration showing what you can do using tech that's available in 2020 (as I write this). The promo explains how they rescanned the original film stock, cleaned up the images, regraded the colouring and did a shot-for-shot re-edit from beginning to end matching the original release.
They were able to retrieve a lot of detail from the 16mm film stock which had been lost when the initial transfer was done back in the early 90's. The detail retrieved produced this new HD wide-screen release. This restoration is a masterpiece. If you're not a techy, it may not be obvious that some very talented people put a lot of time and effort (and love too) into making it look this good.
To the people who did the work I'd like to say thank you! This looks sensational, you did a fantastic job.
Michael - peace to you, we all miss you.
It’s incredible 😌
@@FantasticF113 Thanks for this info. I love the track and love a bit of techie too! 👍😎🇳🇿🍺🍺🎸
@@FantasticF113 Isaw that promo too, but it says clearly that the concert was shot in 35 mmm. This is the link th-cam.com/video/RvgThJ8HZyY/w-d-xo.html

L.O.V.E. inXs !!!!!!!
Michael was definitely one of the greatest frontmen of all time. He had it all.
He sure did Johnny. Love this awesome band.
I wish my volume went to 11. This is outstanding!!!
He left us too soon.
Rest peacefully Micky.
Un tipo que hipnotizaba. No podes dejar de mirarlo, escucharlo, amarlo. Único Michael Hutchence 😍😍😍😍😍😍

It's my favorite INXS song. It is perfection in every aspect. And I love the way that all band members dance to it❤
I mean … Does it get any better than this… Every musician at the top of their game…You can see how much they loved playing together…Awesome…Just awesome…
I miss Michael sooo much!!
His power on stage ,his fantastic voice and his sexy charisma😘
Happy birthday Michael wherever you are!😍
I dont know why nobody make a movie about this Awesome band like "The Doors"......
RIP Michael love you and your band for life.
Probably because Hollywood felt like he was theirs( Jim Morrison).
Played all the clubs on the "The Strip" (Sunset) while making his/their name in the 1960's...
The Doors were the first American band to accumulate eight consecutive gold LPs.[12] According to the RIAA, they have sold 33 million records in the US[13] and over 100 million records worldwide,[14] making them one of the best-selling bands of all time.[15]
Damn, I'm still sad about the death of MH! I'm so glad I committed about 8 moving violations to follow their tour buses and got autographs from all of the band at their hotel!
Honestly the build up at the end of this song is absolutely insane!! And Michael’s big scream was mental. Got goosebumps when they were all jamming together at the end ❤️❤️
So beautiful! What a talent! Such a pity that we lost him ❤
Thank Bob Geldof!
@Mary Spencer David Carridine as well?
When you rob your brain of oxygen (asphyxia), you experience a high -- euphoria, dizziness, and lowered inhibition -- before you lose consciousness.
❤️
Absolutely gorgeous
Amazing band that sounds better live then they do in the studio
That is so rare! Yeah they were incredible live!
They were definitely a great live band but this is still much inferior sounding to their studio recording. That's not a diss on the band though. Studio tracks are layered, expertly produced, done in studios with perfect acoustics & you can hear all the subtle nuances of the guitars, drums & keyboards which is almost impossible to capture live.
Is this over 30 years ago ?? WOW !! - R.I.P Michael - left us way tooooo early.....
Beautiful Michael....loved INXS....back in the 80’s.....good times ✨
This show was amazing. I think most fans like me wish they added Don't Change to the encore. That would have made it more than perfect.
I get a really strong feeling listening to Inxs and watching Michael.
It's a feeling of nostalgia and loss that's hard to explain.
Absolutely same here odddd
Video quality is amazing…
Real musical talent here!
Man this stage energy is hard to match.
Yeah! INXS. I Blast there music!! I'm 68 still Rock n Roll!!!! Till Death!!

I got INXS fever...I need MORE! Michael was so electric on stage. This makes me happy :)
Increíble. Lo mejor que pudieron hacer fue restaurar este film de 35mm en HD. Me vuela el bocho. Necesito el show completo

I was at this concert, but I went specifically to see Hothouse Flowers, I didn't know much about INXS, but they just blew me away and I've never been to a better gig. Michael's voice was mesmerising, he is greatly missed. God bless him. ❤️

A Great Song from INXS, THANK YOU MICHAEL HUTCHENCE
One of my favorites rlly, thank you so much :')
One of the most dashing, exciting male vocalists of all time!
One of my all time regrets, not seeing this line up live. I saw them in 2005 with the revised line up and it was a great show, but somehow probably not the same. Thankfully I have the concert DVD so I can relive it. Great performance.
I had the privilege to see this awesome band, to see Michael Hutchence... was a dream come true, and most of all, to go to the concert with my best friend!🥰🥰🥰🥰
Je ne me lasserai jamais de le regarder bouger,chanter... L'homme le plus talentueux et le plus sexy de tous les temps.Nous ne t'oublierons jamais Michael.

Greatest frontman of all time imo.
Hutchence knows how to connect with the audience, inviting them to sing along with him and dance to the music. The energy on stage is palpable, and you can feel the excitement and enthusiasm of the band and audience in every note. INXS's live performance of "Original Sin" is a showcase of the talent and energy this legendary band had on stage. His unique style, combined with the charismatic presence of Michael Hutchence, makes this performance truly unforgettable.
