💯 namkubali sana kwa kazi yake pia. She's an excellent vlogger and won't be surprised if she overshadows all African lady vloggers to be among the very top within a very consistent short time. Nyabbo keep up your game and am 🇰🇪n watching from Kenyan diaspora.
Thanks so much for taking out the time to write such a long comment filled with tips, appreciation and advise. I appreciate it so much. I'm indeed determined, this has been a goal I was so afraid to take on coz of various reasons but the moment I got onto a bus to Kenya, I knew I'm in 100% and it's been amazing. I hope to grow while doing this, and keep bringing you all nothing but quality videos. Thanks so much 😊😊
Tudor is pronounced as Chuda. That was a nice quick tour. Mama Ngina waterfront was a place to consider as well especially when you have time to sit in the car and chill with something from chicken inn or pizza inn
The Mombasa they talk about is the beach running from chale island to mtwapa. Start down in diani Beach through mombasa and taste what the beach hotels and scenery have to offer.
The road is called Digo Road named after the Digo tribe not Baroda Road. That particular point is called Baroda stage where there used to be Bank of Baroda
Mombasa Raha, that's way it is.we have the best beaches alongside indian ocean,we still do have the oldest building way back in history from 16 century to 17 until 18 in old Town the oldest a mong others is fort Jesus you can claim you're in Mombasani if you visit The fort itself. There are beautiful clubs with good vibes also.
Very nice comprehensive drive. The charm of Mombasa is low rise, usually white and blue coloured buildings that don a Swahili style and are several hundred years old. Very different from Nairobi. Please visit Kisumu next, also has Its own vibe.
Mombasa the island is small but Mombasa city is bigger. Make sure to visit Main land North and West as well but especially Nyali and Bamburi. Welcome to Mombasa Banange
Saba in Swahili word for seven hence Sabasaba means seven seven, in Kenya Sabasaba is also remembered as a day when nation wide protests took place on July 7 1990 to demand for free elections
Those Ugandans who are in comment section saying Uganda is more advanced than Kenya can now follow this lady for all her adventures in Kenya to see for themselves
In Uganda the slang Saba-Saba originates from the Uganda - Tanzanian war. The greatest advantage the Tanzanian army had was the 7-barrel multiple rocket launcher which the Ugandans named saba-saba. The hyphenated word is some times used to suggest an attack situation.
Mombasa is not about shooting videos in streets. As a foreigner you shoud have had a plan. A tip, do research, get enough money, explore the costal area (Diani, Watamu) you will never go back to Uganda
Nice clip Nabz.., however by East African standards Mombasa is not a small town, it is amongst the big cities, in East Africa it will be mentioned with Nairobi, Kampala and Dar es salaam.., outside these cities nothing comes close to Mombasa, be it in Tanzania, Uganda (all the many towns which were called cities in Uganda, none comes close to Mombasa), even other major towns in Kenya, can't be compared to Mombasa to be honest. I have lived in Kampala, Nairobi and Mombasa,.., they are big cities not towns, they have vast estates, International airport, major port,(Mombasa) and satellite towns(towns within the city).,

Welcome

The architecture in Mombasa is on another level. Welcome to Mombasa
Asante Sana. I love the structures, such a work of art
So happy you are enjoying yourself and taking in all the beautiful sights around.
I feel so alive too
Tudor is pronounced as Chuda. That was a nice quick tour. Mama Ngina waterfront was a place to consider as well especially when you have time to sit in the car and chill with something from chicken inn or pizza inn
Thank you. I'll be checking out mama ngina soon
Saba Saba was a revolution movement in 1990 7th July during Moi Era
The Saba Saba she is referring to was there, long before the second liberation of 1990.
even that saba saba is still from 7th of july, which is still 7*2 and makes the earlier explanation valid.
well put👏🏽
I think this is what I had in memory but couldn't put in words. Thank you so much
The Mombasa they talk about is the beach running from chale island to mtwapa. Start down in diani Beach through mombasa and taste what the beach hotels and scenery have to offer.
Can't wait to explore
Mombasa receives very good revenue from tourists yearly, i wish the county government could style it up more and develop it too
Mombasa is beautiful,, have enjoyed your video
I'm glad you did, you'll love other parts of Mombasa I'm yet to show you
The road is called Digo Road named after the Digo tribe not Baroda Road. That particular point is called Baroda stage where there used to be Bank of Baroda
Thanks so much for the correction
Remember to visit Fort Jesus while in mombasa its a very attractive historical site its in the town along the ocean near the old town area
It's definitely on my list

Thank you.
The street is Digo road but we call rhat area baroda because yes there was a baroda bank branch there
Thanks for the correction
Uganda Property holdings are investiments that were built by the Buganda government of 1962 etc
Wow, does Buganda government still own them?
In nairobi they shorten call it mkoko instead mkokoten
The Baroda area had a bank by the name bank of Baroda so it's where it got its name from
I see I guessed right
@@NabzArah yes you're right
Very interesting video
😊😊😊 thank you

We are neighbours my friend, I'm Kenyan and if Kenya is rich, Uganda is rich and vice versa.
@@kentosh120 your statement is wrong on so many levels. Factually Kenya is richer than Ug and there's nothing wrong with that.
@@Firestarter001 I'm from Kiambu and we are certainly poor than Ugandans. Maybe in your region of Kenya are rich.
@@kentosh120 which metric are you using? And where in kiambu are you at? Because I'm in thika.
Uganda is coming up fast gradually and has one of the most naturally beautiful landscape & topography. The people are inviting as well.
Mombasa is never complete without visiting mama ngina(water front)
💯 for sure and Old Town besides the beauty of the numerous hotels and resorts dotted along the beach shores of the Indian Ocean.
Mama ngina is on my list 😊
Old Town is also on my list
Kisumu and Nakuru cities should be next
Let me make plans
Make sure to get your henna done ❤
I'll look for a plug
Mombasa is the beach and hotels not the Business centre
For me it's all, different people travel to see different things
We have Uganda Hse is Nairobi -Kenyatta Ave
I hope to see it
Dating a TH-camr is something I can't do,they can have a boyfriend in every city claiming to be your guide assistants

Saba saba means "Seven Seven." Your tour guide is giving you a lot of stories instead of just saying what it means.
Thanks for telling me the meaning
I agree, and he also looks timid and lacking in confidence
In Uganda the slang Saba-Saba originates from the Uganda - Tanzanian war. The greatest advantage the Tanzanian army had was the 7-barrel multiple rocket launcher which the Ugandans named saba-saba. The hyphenated word is some times used to suggest an attack situation.

Yeah, all those buildings will look alike and confuse you.
Definitely

😢
Mombasa city is small because it is an island.
The part on the island is what's small right?
@@NabzArah Yeah, other areas like Bamburi, Nyali, Kisauni, Likoni, Changamwe, jomvu etc are super huge that why Mombasa is Kenyans second largest city
I know Nabz u must be familiar with sabasaba and it has many meanings but in actual sence it's seven seven. Saba is 7 in English soo u say it like 7×2
Your guy is less informed about mombasa😂
Lemmi repeat. Your driver is very uninformed, mybe not outgoing or interested to know places
Unlike Nairobi people living in Mombasa are lazy. Mombasa isn't developing. Remaining stagnant for years
