@@hazelpraise7934 jinja is a port town ,industrial town,tourist town,gateway to 70% of ugandan goods all that shows u ,its only tgat the govt ambandoned it cuz theyre from western so u cabnt compare mbrara to jinja may be masaka because in collecting revenue mbarara may be equivalent to masaka but jinja is there alongsude kla always in tax returns
