Aside from the characters you mentioned, Frank is also really strong. He's a son of Mars with the blessing of Mars AND the power to shapeshift into animals. Even Hera says that the whole reason he had that stick was to balance his power. He's a praetor in Camp Jupiter, he has summoned and commanded an army of undead and also singlehandedly defeated an army of (some animal) in Mark of Athena.
