Heya, are you guys using dowel rods? No worries, I have used dowel rods also. But if you do, you want to tape them up and/or wear eye protection---one of the reasons Philippines traditionally use rattan instead of wood to train is when wood splits it can splitter, and if one of those splinters gets in your eyes it can permanently damage your vision. :(
@@nospam3327 Hey! Thanks for the comment. It’s actually a type of wood baton made specifically for Kali and not a dowel rod. However I have used similar things in the past . Love your idea of taping the wood and agree with using eye protection when not demonstrating.
