The exception are those players who are determined to prove the manager wrong. They are more rare in game, but they love a combative manager.
Swap the squads of the prem and national league and see whether the prem teams can rebuild with an awful squad in time to avoid dropping quickly and whether National league sides can rise quick enough to avoid losing their best players on a free (either by using the talented players or the sales of Said players)

Here's a suggestion for you, bring back some legends in game, Pele, Maradona, Best etc. starting at their first clubs if they still exist as wonderkids, as many as you like but only one legend per country, and see how they do Thanks
