Carrots = vitamin A.
Vitamin A is huge in skincare. Retinol makes skin look younger and costs tons of money. Every dermatologist knows this.
They won't tell you to juice Carrots or put Carrots on your skin.. they will instead tell you to buy expensive vitamin A (retinol) cream.
Try this first... your body knows what to do with it... it's natural.. and cheaper

* grate 3 -4 carrots
*add few coconut oil in a pan and melt it .
*after melting it add the carrots but in low heat for few minutes till it changes its color .
* let it cool and strain it
* then ur oil is ready🥰

For anyone who is interested in the cold press carrot oil faster, grate the organic oil and mix with olive oil, put it in a jar and put in under the sun during the day, wrap them up with a blanket at night and mix the bottle daily, for 5 days and you will be set to use it right after...thank me later 👌👌👌

This is wrong information. Extended exposure to sunlight can cause oil to suffer accelerated oxidation and may lead to shortened drain intervals. On a molecular level, the long chain lubricant hydrocarbon reacts with oxygen in the presence of ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. Direct sunlight can cause fat molecules in cooking oil to break down which causes the oil to go rancid. Make sure all cooking oil is stored in an area with no exposure to sunlight. Coconut oil is the better option for making carrot oil. For better results, leave the carrot to soak in the coconut oil for one month; after that, you are good to go.

Once cooked, all nutrients are gone .. you should melt coconut and squeeze carrot juice in it ... mix well , let it cool, and you have all minerals intact
Not all, the potency will be reduced sure. Definitely not as much as raw carrots.
So how one melt the coconut and extract the juice from carrot without cooking it?
Use a cheese cloth to extract the shredded carrot juice. Able boil is another effective method. This method is not effective when using as a more natural method

Olive oil is very good for the face as it is good for you inside and out so I use olive oil when I prepare it because coconut oil

Hi, in my country some people making this oil by using "double boil" method.they mentioned as we boil it with direct heat, it will fade good vitamins or beatacarrotin in carrot.kindly explain me my dear is it possible to protect good things in carrot when it focus on heat🙏🙏🙏🙏

it is bad to melt oil in direct heat from your stove a it will change the chemistry. it is Preferable to heat it in a boiling water bath at controlled temperature.
