Carrot contains beta-carotene which can lighten the skin. Baby oil is not a good carrier oil. Olive or coconut is good

I can only recommend olive oil if u are light skinned as coconut oil might darken you🥹 but maybe try virgin avocado oil sha

That’s the cold pressed method and it’s better but you will leave in oil for more than 24 hours so it can ferment. Lets say 7 - 10 days

Yes, the cold pressed method is better. But no sun in the uk to dry the carrot as at when I did this video so I used the alternative version ❤️
