Hello, when I print on the multitransfer paper on the coated settings it comes out with little lines kinda of like tracks from the printer. Is there a way to remove them? Thanks
Hi, - Replace the black toner with the white one. - Create a print file (best PDF) the places that should be printed white must be set to 100% black. - Select in the print settings the item grayscale. Hi, you don't need any other program, you can print from Photoshop or from the printer driver. But we recommend you to create all colors in CMYK and save them as PDF and print them with the printer driver.
It depends on the motifs you want to print. For full color designs you need a white underprint, but for simple designs, mostly one color, you don't need it.

Then I am wondering if suppose to be any kind of key button to confirm the settings but you said just to go back or to press the home button Am I doing something wrong or supposed to be like that
Hi, of course you can start with the CMY toners from Canon but we recommend that if they are empty and there are Ghost Color toners for your printer then order them for better results.

I have the Canon LBP-622, can you tell me what paper settings I should be using for clear Sunnyscopa Waterslide Decal Paper? the white either seems to rub off a little when applying the decal or maybe the ink is running. @Ghost-White-Toner
Hi we don't work with Sunnyscopa papers, try your settings until you get the result you want or ask the manufacturer they should be able to give you better info on the papers. :)
Hi, I got the forever multi-trans for hard surfaces and when i print the first time there is no problem but when I put the paper back in for the second time to print with white toner the paper always get stuck. my printer is a Cannon LBP621 cw. Hope you can help me.
Hello, multitrans is only conditionally suitable for two-sided printing with laser printers. We recommend multitrans exclusively for CMYK printing or simple white printing.
This prints the multrans fine on the first pass, but when i try to run it again to lay down the white, it jams the printer. every. single time. the first pass curls the paper so it wont feel smooth the 2nd time. Advice?

Hi,if is posible,please made a video complet haw too setup printer parameter for all ghost type of paper..becoue is too many type of paper from ghost but is dificult too setup ouer printer becouse i dont know hat se setup paper for tatoo paper..for metalic paper..for a+b..etc..if can made a brosure too contain al this setup paper for this printer,,i have use personal a new Litle Ghost..if i want too print i dont have a brosure haw too setup paper..too normal..too havy..etc..Thanks
I have a canon of the same model and does not want to accept coated paper, nor any settings :( I hoped that on this model it would be possible to print white and color also exactly for mugs.
What kind of paper exactly are you using? We have no problems with the papers we use. For mugs, for example, we use our Multitrans paper: www.ghost-white-toner.com/multitrans-a4/
Hi, if it doesn't save your settings on the printer itself, try using the computer, enter the IP address of the printer in the browser search bar and open the printer menu there.

We never had this happen. A Video with Multitrans is coming soon. Maybe you clean the paper path. You can also email to support@ghost-white-toner.com
I have the same roller tracks issue using multi-trans, if I have any luck correcting this situation I'll let you know.

Hi, normally the printer should keep the settings.
Reset the printer once to factory settings and then go through the settings again. :)
Does this Canon printer also work with the CMY toners that it comes from the factory? or is necessary to buy Ghost CMY toners?

Hi, Multitrans is only partially suitable for double-pass printing.
This is of course easier with the Pro printers as they print CMYK+W in one pass.

You forgot to go to resolution settings and change them from 600 to 1200. It make a difference.
Yes that could have been set but it is not a must.
