Love the fact that Chad reads the comments and sometimes uses fan’s suggestions. Shows that he is always willing to learn! Can’t wait to hear that hot rod roar.
@@tobygathergood4990 each to their own. Sounds to me like a whole lot of jealousy. Do you really think that you coming onto Chad’s page and having a sook has made even the ‘tiniest’ bit of difference? Nope…just makes ‘you’ look like a whiner. I love that you lot ‘suffer’ through this stuff you hate so much 🤣🤣🤣. Best part is…no matter how much you hate it…YOU are earning HIM money 🤣🤣👍🏻
It would require a much more extreme angle to be an issue. In fact fuel will likely flow from the fuel bowl vents about the same time float issues creep up.
Great job with sorting the engine lads. It always feels good when it fires up sweet and you both showed how happy you were. Carnt wait to see joline to give it a spin
She is alive! Go Jolene! So happy for you both. Lot of creativity has come to life! Wonderful. Enjoy your show. Keep up the great work, make yourself happy each day!
It's great that it started again in the end Chad and jolene keep it running for a bit now and give everything chance to seal back up again like the water pump. Keep up the great work the both of you 👍
I love the way you do my brother because you do where nothing you do like real do and I like that keep going you are the best.. God bless you you . This is my favorite project
Love the videos Chad & Jolene! Keep up the great work! Very inspirational to get me moving on my bagged '52 Chevy project I'm documenting over on my channel!
I don't know what you managed to do but the Audio Track on this "First start" video is the first time in a long time that your sound quality has been 100% clear and audible without relying on the "Closed Captions" for me to finally be able to focus on your masterful skills in fabrication. KUDOs to Bad Chad and Jolene to improve my enjoyment of this Vlog 1000%. Outstanding video Production!
Started right up.perfect! Then an hour of fiddling. Just like every engine I’ve ever worked on. Good job guys! And…it’s always the darned distributor cap.
That moment when the engine fires and runs. I dont care how old I get, that feeling, the smells, the excitement will never die!
They’ll never feel that in the future .with all that electric junk that’s gonna come …I’m hoping it dies on its Ar##😂😂

@@littlecesar003 but not for very long
I suggested the ‘hole in the bolt’ for the throttle linkage 👍 I’ve done the same before. Some of the older cars come that way.
I knew that bad mamajama would run
@@tobygathergood4990 haven’t you got a party to spoil somewhere 🤷♂️

I'm wondering if the backward tilt of the engine is messing with the float level of the carb. Might need a custom spacer.
If that were the case, you'd never be able to drive a car up a hill
It ran ok when they started it in that position..and I believe it will only used to race so no uphill driving if that's the case
It would require a much more extreme angle to be an issue. In fact fuel will likely flow from the fuel bowl vents about the same time float issues creep up.
@@JimmyMakingitwork too right ..Most V8s sit on an angle and run just fine
The carb is dirty. It's been sitting for God knows how long so the carb is dirty n dried out
It's good to have friends. It's great to have friends that can fix stuff. Nice job John.
Great job with sorting the engine lads. It always feels good when it fires up sweet and you both showed how happy you were. Carnt wait to see joline to give it a spin
