    Sit Comfortably on the Floor or a Chair with the Spine Straight
    Left Hand in Chin Mudra (Thumb & Index Finger Tips Touch)
    Right Hand Thumb & Ring Finger Alternate to cover the Nostrils
    Middle & Index Fingers Rest on The Third Eye or Ajna Chakra
    Begin with the Thumb covering the Right Nostril
    4 Counts Inhale
    12 Counts Retention or Kumbhaka
    (not to be mistaken for Kombucha - haha)
    8 Counts Exhale
    End with Exhale Right
    Go for 5-7 Rounds
    Sit in Perfect Balance
