    Next time you come to Texas come by San Antonio, we have some great resturants. If you enjoyed the tex mex you'll love, "Mamacitas", the ceiling on one location is made to look like a night skyline with falling stars and everything, the rest of the place is made up to look like the central square of a old west Mexican village.
    Great food, great looking building, great service.

    • @MorticiaAttoms
      @MorticiaAttoms 7 ปีที่แล้ว +17

      Jeaine Diep Not really. People from the U.S. are commonly considered "American" while people from Canada are referred to as "Canadians". If residents of the U.S. were called "United Statesians"(or something along those lines), I could see the logic in calling anyone who is a citizen of North America simply "American"

    • @thespiritof76.
      @thespiritof76. 7 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Your comment is the most ignorant dumb shit I have ever read. People who are born in America are American. People who are born in Ecuador are South American but not American because the only people who can be American are Americans. People who are born in North America( Canada,United States of America and Mexico) are North American. But not everyone who is born in North America is an American because not everyone who is born in North America was born in America. Pull your head out of your ass!

    Whataburger is where we all end up at 3 in the morning after a long night of drinking! The trick is though you get a triple bacon cheesburger to help sober you up and yes you probably wont finish it BUT you save it for the next morning for the hangover ;)

    I love living in Texas so much!Theres little bit of everything here,there's Tex-Mex (of course!) and there's a huge Asian population!Theres like Asian plazas with Mozart cafes and authentic ramen places and phõ and H-Marts and 99¢ ranches.Plus there's also really great high (ish) end restaurants downtown!In downtown grapevine they have rows of really cool wine bars are cute little stores.I love it

      Nawar Ahmed Probably because Houston is so sprawled out? These places are all familiar to me, but they are also, if I recall, all located in the same parts of the city- near Rice or U of H. It makes sense if you live in a different part of the city you don't know them. And I've never heard of Crescent City. But a lot of people moved from New Orleans to Houston after Katrina, so it makes sense that there's some New Orleans restaurants.

    Houston's Vietnamese food scene is a must! Bahn Mi sandwiches (Mai's, Le Girval Cafe, and Huynh), iced Vietnamese coffees and Pho! Also, you must try H-town's breakfast tacos at your favorite taco truck!! Torchy's Tacos for outside the box tacos, Cajun food at Treebeards in Downtown Houston, and...seasoned and boiled crawfish with spices and seasoned corn on the cob when they are in season. Best burger in Houston- Lankford's Grocery and Market. Best Indian lunch special- Himalaya's in "Little India" (Hilcroft and 59). Must try also- Bosnian beef kebabs at Cafe Pita.

    LMAO! This is probably the most exhilarating gluttonous bliss I've ever seen from Simon on a FAP FAP. He was about to lose it on those pies, though. Lol. Btw, welcome to the USA, guys! Wow, you went to Texas! Southerners know how to throw down; especially when it comes to meat!! I'm from the northeast, but the best food I've ever had was from the south. When I saw that you went to a food truck, for some reason I thought it was going to be the food truck that does the Korean & Mexican food fusion. But then I remembered that truck is in California.
    One of these days, if/when you return to the USA, you guys should time it to go to an/the annual Food Truck Festival over here on the northeast. There are usually several festival gatherings during the summer. You will want something from every truck. Guaranteed!
    Anyway, great FAP FAP, guys!!

    Houston's food is amazing. The only areas that need improving are the pizza and Chinese food. Mostly the pizza though. It doesn't compare to New Jersey (where I've also lived). Everyone here gets big chain restaurant pizza for the most part. We need PIZZERIAS!

    • @mydogsnameislucy768
      @mydogsnameislucy768 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I know homegirl I know lol. The family owned pizza and Chinese joints in the New York/New Jersey area are the best. Mey Lox this was asked at the LA fm and mainly it's because they didn't feel inspired to do them anymore and didn't want to keep saying the same things about the mv's since they had similar critiques. also, there has been an over-saturation of new idol groups and they weren't into the music as much. (the death threats to spudgy were true but not the main reason)
