Started watching your channel after this video was posted but after I took the front bumper off my integra I noticed notches cut out but the headlights and the upper rad supports spot welds drilled out. thought it was for a JDM Type r front and this video confirmed it after doing a google search for JDM front swapping a teg this came up. I always like every video of yours even before I watch it…this vid is getting one as well.

I saw you are venting from the back of the valve cover, did you weld in baffles behind the catchcan ports on the valve cover? Maybe something similar to how the front of the valve cover has? I think that could help with the catchcan pushing so much oil out.

You can use a plastic welder to make new tabs. Made tabs for my 88 crx bumper its good as new.

I would of left the car the way it was all of those parts are junk and then the body shop is going to put a pound of BONDO.
If you get the bungs welded onto the front instead of the back of the valve cover you wont take as much oil into the catch can.
When I was younger I liked the jdm style but now I appreciate the bug eyes more.
I have no idea why the dude would want a shitty fucked up front end like that.
Also, props to you for actually doing the work there. Including bullshit parts is disrespectful to the guy doing work and also a colossal time waster. I’m sure you have more projects.
Maybe in the future specify new or usable parts.
Poor J front, that thing has been through some rough times. Whoever owned that J front before, should not be able to have anything nice. Also, I hope owner now puts better condition parts on it in the future.
