And relax your hands when aiming the odds are you’re super tensed during gun fights try to loosen the death grip the more relaxed you are less likely you’re going to panic another type is to put yourself in uncomfortable situations or gun fights often. Crouching while Strafe can also help your aim because you’re moving slower. Ow is a very movement aim reliant game move in ways that are predictable for you but unpredictable for the enemy

" Calm down and dont beat yourself up over shots u dont land " THIS IS WHAT I DO ALL THE TIME TY BRO, And the widow same scope helped me ALOT, so many more headshots picks and victories already!
To be honest, when I started playing Overwatch, I had an edpi of 50k, and i was pretty bad. But when I watched Widowmaker guides, they said to lower your sensitivity, and i'm now at 2400 edpi. Climbed from bronze to gold in 2 days with Widow only. Finding a good sens does help.
I would like to note that a lower sensitivity is actually more beneficial and has more room for error. Suppose there is a small circle on your mousepad that corresponds to an enemy’s head. If you halve your sensitivity, that circle becomes twice as far away, but the radius of the circle will double (and area increases by 4x)
A friend of mine who is better than me told me to "just shoot them, don't think about anything else". I hate that I took this advice seriously because all of these things such as prediction and calmness were lost and I no longer possess those skills making me worse in many situations. Thank you for this video, I have now realized the problem and will solve it using your helpful tips and tricks.
I have a friend who says the exact same thing unfortunately I’ve learn over the years of knowing them they possess strong raw aim so it’s literally just as easy for them to aim as it is to say that phrase.
Want some good advice to REALLY improve your aim? Probably the best I could give. Go into custom games, click create new, import code, then type in one of these 3 codes, KAVE5, GBM5N, CT04V. They’re all very good at improving your aim! my favorite is the one that just takes you straight into the big room with a bunch of enemies that all just move around randomly, “I don’t remember which one it is from the codes I shared but it’s there.” From there some good side tips to train effectively using the codes is choose window maker and just spend time getting good at one shotting the bots. You’ll see that doing this will actually improve your all around accuracy when you swap to other characters. Practice this and just take your time on each shot and try to remember that it’s not a race and you have nothing to worry about if you’re missing a bunch of shots. Eventually you WILL start to notice yourself improving and you’ll start getting faster and more accurate with each shot. Even with other characters! If you like these tips and would like to know more I’ll gladly add onto this to help you get better 😄

It’s so hard to aim In OW that when you start CS:GO It feels so easy to get picks there. The main reason Is players don’t lose momentum while changing directions so they can move like a rattlesnake’s tail If they want
If you play someone like soldier one tip is changing your primary fire keybjnf to like spacebar. Doing this prevents your finger from puting pressure on the mouse redusing friction and making your aim smoother

It's CT04V. And as a fps player coming into OW2, it really helped me big time just getting a feel for my aim sensitivity and for how champs move in this game. Going there once or twice really helped things click a bit more. I'm not master and probably will never go for it, but I can actually enjoy OW2 a lot more now.
I don't know how one can be calm while being shot, and their HP evaporates because the enemy is already more accurate. If I try to be calm, that means I take a lot more time to aim, and the enemy has moved by then or I'm dead.
Im in this area where i can hit my targets but seem to do no damage. Its kinda sad cuz i can dps better as a support but trying to kill people as a dps they just get tickled and walk away
So how do I decide to go for an easier target if, say, I'm pressuring a tank at first and he starts to focus me? I find when I disengage it usually ends with me killed. Could I be disengaging too late? I know sometimes it's just that I've pushed up too far and I got punished, but there's been times, mostly in quick play, where I'll be playing a off angle with McCassidy and get a whole tank just rush me (ball is bad about it rn lol) I'll try to regroup but by that time I'm dead bc of burst damage and I'm too slow. Any advice?
i just realized something now. i will never be above a mediocre player on overwatch unless i quit siege or just main overwatch now and that actually sucks lmao. not to mention that every hero can have their own settings
on hanzo i just get impatient and shoot before theres actually an opening for a good shot. so i miss then give away position and get focused. aim isnt my issue id say its timing
In addition to other tips you see in the comment section. I suggest finding that perfect mouse sensitivity for you. For i’m still tweaking with mine as i play and i try to get a feel of how/where my bullet would go. The feeling is just due to practice and practice. I had my hours in CSGO so my muscle memory is there, i just needed to apply to OW heroes.
Step 1: Realize you’re not actually having fun any more, and although the concept and UI of Overwatch is unique and the execution is addicting, you know that it is a black hole of productivity and time in your life. Step 2: Come to the realization that the arbitrary metric of rank means that there is no ceiling, with the exception of rank 1, which is something that a very small percentage of the player base will achieve, usually streamers, who are, in the majority, not having fun any more. This is essentially a skill cap ceiling that is maxed out in the same way as any other competitive activity; by those who are inherently born with the talent to perform high APM, masterful hand-eye coordination, mechanics and decision making that matches their talent, and tons of free time to practice, and the only reason they even stick with it is from videojuego addiction, or are attached to a profit motive as a pro gaemer or streemer. Step 2: Realize this and most FPS are a Petri dish for toxicity, as it’s an adrenaline packed, competitive atmosphere, only amplified by anonymity. Step 3: Go play a roguelike instead
are you immersed in the game and feel like you're moving the gun relative to mouse movement and the crosshair just happen to move with it? or is it the other way around, your moving the crosshair and the gun just happen to go with it. cause it seems like its messing with my imaginary anchor/pivot point.
The TKBR3 workshop code always gives an error when i try to launch the game, does someone else has this problem and what causes this? The exact error is: the application encountered an unexpected error. Couldnt find anything about it..
I'm trash at aiming. I got carried to Diamond and now I'm throwing to low my elo. Maybe then i will be able to play with trash like me, at least I would have fun.
I'm new to overwatch, like really new... are there any practise mode that let me train aim alone other on the practise mode? Practise mode is way to unrealistic and player vs AI, well, the bots are always staying in place so ofc I hit them. My problem is that before I can train or learn aim in a game, I'm already dead -_-
I cannot find a dpi and sensitivity setting that matches this game. I have been trying everything. Aiming feels unintuitive with the characters' movements having zero momentum penalty. Move left and then move right instantly without any shifting or slowing down in animation. It's incredibly janky to me and it's very unrealistic. I can't figure out this game's dumb movement. I am constantly undershooting and undershooting my shots when trying to hit someone regardless of edpi.

finally a video that doesnt immediately say "change your settings to this and that"
Want some good advice to REALLY improve your aim?
What sensivity that you recommend for widow?
It's CT04V. And as a fps player coming into OW2, it really helped me big time just getting a feel for my aim sensitivity and for how champs move in this game. Going there once or twice really helped things click a bit more. I'm not master and probably will never go for it, but I can actually enjoy OW2 a lot more now.
Nate the goat for this one
the text in the thumbnail hurts on a personal level, but its so true
I don't know how one can be calm while being shot, and their HP evaporates because the enemy is already more accurate. If I try to be calm, that means I take a lot more time to aim, and the enemy has moved by then or I'm dead.
LOL @0:59 "Aim Draining Trills"
LoL
Im in this area where i can hit my targets but seem to do no damage. Its kinda sad cuz i can dps better as a support but trying to kill people as a dps they just get tickled and walk away
I know movement is important for a while but my damn tremors and pressure make it soooo difficult
Any advice?
Can you actually enable damage numbers ingame or are these only in cutsom games?
Anyone know why I can’t set the scope sens to exactly 37.89 and it will round it up?
You should be able to put 37.89
Try to clear completely the value and enter it again
try changing ur mouse dpi until u get an ingame sens that it lets u put in
first clear the value completely then type 37.89 and hit enter
You have to hit enter. Had the same brainfuck 😂
I've been waiting for them to remove camera shake for a long time
it's literally a settings option...
@@pozzezz I am aware
@@dji76ehdi then what are you on about?
@@pozzezz no u
Thank you so much for this video. XD
i just realized something now. i will never be above a mediocre player on overwatch unless i quit siege or just main overwatch now and that actually sucks lmao. not to mention that every hero can have their own settings
Hanzo mains being cool calm and collected haha
on hanzo i just get impatient and shoot before theres actually an opening for a good shot. so i miss then give away position and get focused. aim isnt my issue id say its timing
i dont get ow2 i peaked at like 3450 in ow1 and im master 2 in ow 2 now but i feel like im sooo inconsistent in my performance across my games
In addition to other tips you see in the comment section. I suggest finding that perfect mouse sensitivity for you. For i’m still tweaking with mine as i play and i try to get a feel of how/where my bullet would go. The feeling is just due to practice and practice. I had my hours in CSGO so my muscle memory is there, i just needed to apply to OW heroes.
sometimes I swear to god my shots could make on of those cartoon outlines of the enemy squishy. they’re so small and I’m always a split second behind
You have tips for reaper settings?
Aim Draining Trills. 0:59 messed with my brain.
1:46 that was pretty crazy ngl
You sure the Ashe scope sens is 51.80 and not 51.47?
it doesn't matter
@@softscarss its does, won't make you hit shoots tho
@@LunaOTF sens doesn't matter becouse muscle memory isn't a thing in aiming
When ever I guess which way a player is going to move I'm usually wrong
are you immersed in the game and feel like you're moving the gun relative to mouse movement and the crosshair just happen to move with it? or is it the other way around, your moving the crosshair and the gun just happen to go with it. cause it seems like its messing with my imaginary anchor/pivot point.
1:42 This is why you're my favorite youtuber lol
Does moving decrease accuracy like some other games
With my sens at least it feels fast when micro correcting but turning is way slower, it feels nothing like my other games
3:36 Me when people say junkrat takes no aiming
Can I please get your widow crosshair, it looks really nice 😁
i use different sensitivities on different heroes LOL my friends call me insane for it
i wouldnt call you insane, a better word is "bad"
Same. Can't have the same one on all, just doesn't work with different weapons and heroes. You're not wrong!
@@DeertickDaniel It's not a bad thing lol. Pro players do it too.
@@DeertickDaniel cope
@@DeertickDaniel that literally makes no sense 💀sounds ur like ur the bad one, u can’t run ur sense for genji on every hero 🤦♂️
Tried joining a TKBR3 to do some. But my games crashes when trying to join.
after the first tip i played 1 hanzo game went 20-5-0 and the enemy trace said my aim was goated
jokes on you I play Torbjorn. My turret aims for me
I have no clue how to get decimal percentages for the ads on console. Is that just a pc thing?
The TKBR3 workshop code always gives an error when i try to launch the game, does someone else has this problem and what causes this? The exact error is: the application encountered an unexpected error.
Couldnt find anything about it..
I'm trash at aiming. I got carried to Diamond and now I'm throwing to low my elo. Maybe then i will be able to play with trash like me, at least I would have fun.
Real
I doubt high precision mouse input does you good. Isn't it same as Windows high precision mouse input, which you should turn off when you play fps?
I play Kiriko and I can only hit the body
3:57 Aiming Workshop code
Those "aim draining trills"
why the percentage doesn't fir like i can put 37,89 or 37,8%
Sir you didn’t have to insult me but thank you
Can someone explain to me why they used a cheaters clip in the first clip?
high hit percentage means you dont spam enough :)
Bruh your first clips are literally aimbot hacks
Right 😂😂idk if it was a joke tho
if you can constantly hit your shots on your teammates as ana you should have good aim already
"You come to the right place" 💀
very good video
Aiming is the reason I can’t move away from Reinhardt and brig
thanks!
Not me thinking I can adapt my aim skills from halo to Overwatch on mouse an key
I'm new to overwatch, like really new... are there any practise mode that let me train aim alone other on the practise mode? Practise mode is way to unrealistic and player vs AI, well, the bots are always staying in place so ofc I hit them. My problem is that before I can train or learn aim in a game, I'm already dead -_-
try workshop code "VAXTA"
me watching this entire video open ow2 proced to play and pick rein
1:00 - Aim Draining Trills 😂
I cannot find a dpi and sensitivity setting that matches this game. I have been trying everything. Aiming feels unintuitive with the characters' movements having zero momentum penalty. Move left and then move right instantly without any shifting or slowing down in animation. It's incredibly janky to me and it's very unrealistic. I can't figure out this game's dumb movement. I am constantly undershooting and undershooting my shots when trying to hit someone regardless of edpi.
I wish this game support m&k on console like cod, it's so hard on controller
