Am I the only one who feels like I am watching an animal documentary but with Hanzo as the predator ?😂
lmaoo
You got me from neve playing hanzo, to him being my main, to me getting good. Prediction and patience are your friends!
Me too, i used to tank with ball and never mained dps but after commiting to hanzo (thanks to arrge) for one week. Now i get potg 70% of the time.
@@nirmalroygames love to see it! He totally reinvigorated my desire to play the game after I had become sort of disenfranchised with the game
same
Same with me bro.. professor arrge for the win lol
He got me from playing Hanzo to uninstalling OW2 cause the games ass
"just becoming aware of what is possible will help you improve a lot faster" is actually one of the biggest keys to getting better at a game like this.
I learned "Greed" on my own just by watching your videos but I didn't think of it as greed, I just recognized the pattern. "Fear" is completely new to me, and it makes so much sense. I love this way of explaining how to predict DI, especially in a non-fighting game. Cheers!
DI is Directional input for those who dont know, basically just a players movement
I like it how he’s basically gatekeeping safety

I hope this video is watched by everybody. Quite possibly the best “improve your aim” video on TH-cam with logical reasoning. You have my “like”
i hope everyone doesn't because its more valuable the less that do
@@TheRingu. but if everyone knows it, then we can all adapt and do even more next level stuff.
@@Arrge 100% this. I want to see the game get harder. It's satisfying to die to someone because they were out-thinking you, always reinvigorates my love for the game
this and that one old guide of his that taught us to pay attention to whether the enemy is close and unaware
Tried this in bronze, now I’m plastic 500
Real man😂😂😂
never clicked so fast

A good title ig
Not only is this great aim guide but also even better insight on high gamesense players mindset. I personally have improved a lot as a support player by thinking how my enemy will use my flaws against me. So thank you!
Arrge, I love your content! It's rare to find someone who not only can show you their levels of skill, but who can literally break down every microsecond of their skills to try and bridge the gap for all of us trying to make Hanzo work in the lower Elo's lol.
In terms of "what kind of content would I like to see from Arrge," so far I've enjoyed all the variety of videos you've got right now. I love a good video like this one where it's full of useful information to take into games, but I will never say "No" to a dopamine-induced montage of Arrge headshots, lol.
I think my answer is that I just enjoy watching you have fun.
ayee i been thinking of introducing some educational commentary vids
Easily the best aim guide I've seen. I don't even play hanzo, but this had already gotten me thinking how I could change my playstyle.
I would like to add that this is mostly useful for projectile characters. While still useful for hitscan, you need to take a more active aiming approach to those.
And even still, your ability to put your crosshair where they will go, even if you know where that is, is aiming.
This video is a great coverage of the psychological aspects of aiming and everything not strictly mechanical!
Hey Arrge not only are your tips extremely helpful but your content all around is one of the most entertaining without seemingly trying hard to force it. Your gameplay speaks for itself. Thanks for making this guide this type of content is appreciated because its truly educational and informative through and though and not filled with any type of filler. Keep up the great work and I will continue to enjoy watching. Have a great day brotha.
Your tutorials are some of the most informative in OW community
I LOVE the educational content, I think it’s honestly infinitely more interesting than the AWESOME shots which I know work really well for content but I think teaching this stuff is actually something people really need and want. It’d be awesome to see more educational stuff, especially Hanzo, since other than you there’s a complete lack of Hanzo specialist education more recent than 3 or 4 years ago.
I watched this video only because i was bored. didnt think it would actually help me, but a few days later (today) i played mystery heroes and got hanzo so i just tried following basic principal of fear and greed and oh my god it helps sooooo much. Normally these type of videos "with this trick/setting your aim will improve by 9001%" are all bs, but this helped so much because it isnt about aim it is about game / psychology knowlegde. Thanks Arrge and keep up with the good shit.
Great video! Thanks Arrge!
I love the way you made this educational experience seem like a fun thing and these tips do help a lot, thank you arrpapa for always delivering bangers💖
Glad you enjoyed it!
This type of video breaking down the thought process for intelligent plays is the absolute best content for competitive overwatch. Extremely educational and I'm sending it to all my friends!
Honestly amazing, and the first person I have seen that covers this topic. You make it easy to understand, never compensate in these clips with good aim, and think about it in a new way. Brilliant video, thank you so much!
absolutely brilliant, there are so many little things like this that players like myself just don't realise, but you explain it all well and show how to apply. great job
What a great video. So much good and important info for Hanzo play.
I do most of these things without much thought so it's nice to see and know just how far I've come with playing hanzo myself. A much awaited video and not only that, this could also be used for other projectile heroes like kiriko.
This is great advice and it is well worded too. Thanks for the tips.
this is insane - i can see now clearly why you are so good and the fact that you manage to put this into words and concepts rather than vague terms like "positioning" or "timing" speaks volumes of your skill. I oftern say that overwatch 1 and 2 have some of the best video game content creators of all games i've seen and you are clearly miles ahead from the competition.
I found this very informative and I tend to find most guides to be a waste of time so this was a pleasant change. I would love to see you do a pharah advanced guide, I love playing her and I feel like you could teach me something new.
Not long ago I started using your style of play and boy has it made me improve a lot, and now with this video I can take more tips from you, you are a great.
Thank you! It was really helpful ❤
Bro i LOVE when you put out these kinds of detailed videos about aiming. No one else does this kind of content. I would love to see the full video of hero specific tricks!
I got my first death threat because of your videos! Thanks for the tips 🌞✨
Lolllll dude I always get death threats cuz I suck loll
Thanks for the extra guide sensei! Been tryna push outta Diamond last season but wasn't able to. Will def help in tryna get to masters this season!
If you can get a good duo that helps a lot. Having someone to coordinate with makes a huge difference. Like tank+dps is usually what i like.
Thank you so much for this guide!
This detailed video earned you a new sub. I picked up Hanzo 2 weeks ago and started playing seriously.
It would be really helpful if you could do an educational unranked to gm hanzo guide like the ones Awkward does. I notice that those are really good for me in terms of learning new things
Edit 2: Or just a long video analising all aspects of various matches; wins and loses; like position, creating the space neccesary for the team to engage, how to do your best in matches that are apparently lost, how you got certaing kill and why, and all of those little things that lead to that victory or lose.
educational unranked to GM is snakeoil. there is no reason to stomp low rank players other than for gimmicky views. u can be educational in GM as well.
@@Arrge Well in that case just a long video analising all aspects of various matches; wins and loses; like position, creating the space neccesary for the team to engage, how to do your best in matches that are apparently lost, how you got certaing kill and why, and all of those little things that lead to that victory or lose.
@@ArrgeIt's much easier to be educational in lower ranks, and you can see more clearly the mistakes that lower ranks players do, that's why ur2gm are usefuls, I have learned a lot watching them
@@Pedro_eqw then do vod reviews
@@wolbobus2130 It's not the same, I like to watch booth and I learn something different from each format.

Thank you for the video Arrrrrrge 🤗💜✨🌿
thank you for these tricks,it really helps me to improve my hanzo's aim shoot.
More hero specific tricks would be great
Also map specific tricks would be great, especially for hanzo
There's alot of guides on how to aim, this is the first guide I've seen on how to think about your aim, this is actually huge help since I've come back to OW alot of these concepts that I've subconsciously built got lost and this is a perfect way to visualize it. Thanks daddy Arrge!
easily the best hanzo aim guide ever put out
my god finally a video ACTUALLY explaining what game sense is and not be vague about it! Thank you so much. For people with game sense, these may seem "obvious" but wasn't to me
This is an awesome video dude. Please make more of this content!! Hero specific tips would be awesome!
This vid is actually so insane and actually helped me so much. I was already started to develop better aim with kiriko and noticed that when I’m put my crosshair just a bit in front of someone’s strafe I would hit more shots/kills. But now that I’ve watched this vid it make a lot more sense and actually expands the concept way more so it all ties in. Great vid!
Thesw arent just some game tips, these are life lessons here. Damn.
this is awesome, thank you, would love a video with more hero-specific tips!!
Man this video was crazy, there is so much psichology envolved in how proplayers play, and plus, there is something about your quite but clearly happy reaction to your crazy shot that is adorable❤
Man you explain these kind of behaviour so clear, thank you. This helped me a lot
His chuckle when he gets a kill gets me every time
This is such a great video, thank you Arrge 😊
ive been waiting for a video like this and its really helpful thank you
Your tips helped me out a lot! I was struggling with Hanzo, now my aim is much better
gotta say, this is a very serious way to engage in any form of thought process, you are constantly aware of your surroundings and re-evaluating every situation, makes me think that anyone can be a "pro" if they just get the right mentality.
love this vid really informative and everything is laid out in an easy to digest formant with dang good examples.
Pure game sense. Love you Arrge! ❤️
Very helpful video. I can not wait for more. Thank You for your hard work.
Thanks for the video, it's really informative! I'd like that more specific hero tips one, too.
I've been a Hanzo main since OW1 and honestly this has been the most helpful guide I have come across. After changing my mindset of how I target my opponents has increased my overall accuracy. Thank you Arrge! I hope to get to your level of expertise someday
Yes full video! This is so helpful!
Thank you!!❤ I needed that guide
FEAR is my battlenet tag so it was nice to hear you mention it :P Great guide as always!
definitely make more of these. as a kiriko main in progress i need to work on my aim because i’m mainly used to healing my team.
I love your content!! And to have a video like this is exactly what I’ve been hoping for. You’re giving tips nobody else is giving keep it up 👍
Wow, i actually learned a lot. Thank you
these tips opened my third eye. i don't even play hanzo but even if i did, i don't know how long it'd take me to notice these. holy, seeing you just waiting for that tracer on gibraltar... the confidence of doing that in an actual game says everything, even if it's 1 success among multiple failures.
i'm now at the ashe dynamite tip (which, again, blows my mind to the possibilities and how exploitable it is of a tip) and i hear "now let's get to more advanced tips". i love it. this is amazing stuff. well done, bro.
biggest thing i realize, though, is that i need to play more deliberately and think about what i'm doing because right now i'm only just focusing on positioning and aiming (with cass/ashe). and i realize i could be thinking about so much more and improve so much faster. and you hear this exact thing from a lot of these types of videos or text articles about tips. but having examples and seeing the impact they can have is huge.
Oh THIS IS SOO COOL!! Thank you Arrge for the guide!
Ty so much!!! pretty nice explanation of the concept
Dude your guides are so underrated! Guides on game awareness and opponent mentality is PEAK content!
Thanks for the advanced game sense advice! This is golden.
Man, your AIM tutorials opened my eyes. I never played Hanzo before your tutorials (except Mystery Heroes mode)... and now it's my new favourite Hero to master :D Thanks!
W vid Arrge I’ll make sure to use those tips ASAP!!
Ur my inspiration to Hanzo
the prediction and baiting techniques are some big brain stuff i can’t believe i’ve never thought of before 😅 thanks for the video!! ❤
Thanks for the tips. It all makes a lot of sense and I'm having a lot of fun learning Hanzo because of you
80 % intelligence, 20% reaction.
this is actually such a good video, instantly liked and subbed
Dude, that was actually genius. The tips and the video edition. Marvelous!!
Big brain. Could always see you were a genius at this stuff. Thanks for explaining your techniques for people!
this is super good - i started yesterday playing overwatch 2 and this tipps helps me a lot
These are all principles that I roughly knew and sometimes (rarely since I mostly just play on autopilot) apply, but you broke them down in a very simple and clear way, so much so that I will probably start thinking about them more often when in game
Very fun different pacing of your content hope to see more like this in the near future
great tips man, would love to see more like this!
The best thing about this video, is that you can apply this knowledge to all heroes in the game.
I have learned so much from your videos. Thank you!
Enjoyed this. Very intriguing take. Would definitely like to see a variety of these for other hero. Thank you for the great content sir.
Pretty new to hanzo this helped alot
Thank you very much Arrge! I still have a long way to go with hanzo, but I really like him and this helps a lot.
Well done!! Thanks for the tips!!
You are a legend arrge I can't believe how good this is.
This vids are incredible on how much help it is,i just got to next rank playing only hanzo with these tips 🎉
(I was terrible at prediction where they gonna go beforw)
you are actually a very good teacher :D
Holy, these are some quality tips man!
Ily arge, ur tutorials are so good.
i love your educational content and hope to see more in the future ❤
I always found predicting to sound simple enough but hard to understand. You just simplified it so much that i felt kind of stupid not realizing it.
Bro this guide was so helpful! I would greatly appreciate an aim video that is hero specific for hanzo!! ty ty arrge
Loved this thanks! Getting the hang of hanzo, only Plat atm but getting better with him.
Please keep making these types of vids this is wonderful
such a simple concept yet highly effective! sure you think about all these things when you game but you woudln't start to apply them b4 realizing it like this
This was amazingly helpful, I've now progressed from a terrible Hanzo to a mediocre Hanzo, the "greed" and "fear" strategies are working a treat!
Your videos are getting better and better, Arrge!
Amazing video!! This helps A LOT! 🙌 🎉
Man wtf, the prediction thingy was something i was wondering in my head while watching other ppl vids, then ur vid came and wth it was true, really detailed guide, great explanations, love ur accent, keep it up man.
These videos are simply amazing! Please make more if possible ❤️
I love the psychological aspect of your video. This video is an actual goldmine of knowledge earned through experience. More please 👍🙏
I love this. I don't even play Hanzo but the genius behind it is wholesome
