I've Subscribed to your channel and am Following. I live in a rural area located in Central North Carolina. My Cardiologist is recommending I move more towards a plant based diet, including plant based oil/fats (I grew up on a farm and have always been a butter girl). I'm hoping to find easy to prepare, healthy foods and become a better version of me. Being able to find some of the 'exotic' ingredients.
You can do it I had to start à plant based diet 4 months ago from à illness its made à big difference i have gone down 4 trouser sizes I feel so healthy have loads more energy and im loving learning new cooking skills

Where do you recommend getting the rose petals from? Because I’ve had roses in hot tea and it tasted awful! It completely turned me off on rose in food but I know it’s very popular and it’s one of my favorite products for my face. So I want to try it again by an expert on the cuisine

I made the orange cardamom olive oil cake for a tea party and it was amazing. Now I wanna make this one for my birthday! I love rose tea with lavender honey, it’s my favorite tea. I might make a rose water matcha latte to go with the cake. Exploring unique flavors is soooo fun!!!

If a cardiologist suggested looking at more plant diet. Possibly he would also recommend decreasing salt intake. A lot less salt. Check and see
