    Persian Love Cake
    The Persian love cake is a rich, moist and flavorful cake made with rose water, yogurt, almond flour, and ground cardamom. The cake is drizzled with citrus glaze and decorated with rose petals and pistachios.
    The texture of the cake is so light and the combination of almond, cardamom and rose water make it just flavorful but you may feel that it is way strong. So, in the recipe that I share with you I used orange syrup and zest instead of rose water. check out the full recipe at: parionazi.com/...
    Ingredients:
    For the cake
    1 and half cups Self-raising flour
    1/2 cup Almond meal\flour
    4 Eggs
    1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
    1 cup Vegetable oil
    1 cup Sugar
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
    Zest f one orange
    Juice of 2 oranges
    For the glaze
    1 cup Icing sugar
    2-4 tablespoon Orange juice
    For decorating
    3 tablespoon Slivered/ ground pistachio
    1/4 cup Rose petals
