The best way I found to get the tss sensor washer in is by sitting on the floor with the grill in your lap. One hand with the 10mm and the other pushing opposite of the pressure. For me it slides right in place no hammering just muscle. 💪
Okay so for some reason my raptor lights won’t lit up when I put on the day time running lights fuse spot. If I put it on the other fuse spot (the full lights) it will work fine. How do I get it to work on the other fuse? I’m i missing something?
I can seem to get the bottom of the grill loose to remove the original grill, how did you remove the original grill so easily? I see metal clips but they don’t want to loosen.
The fuse tap that was included doesn’t fit. The connection is to lose and the truck won’t start with out a proper connection. Is there a certain fuse tap I need to replace it?
@yotaxpedition Unfortunately I live in Canada and I had to get my grill shipped to me while I was in the US on vacation so not sure how much you’ll be able to help. I installed everything else fine but I did notice there is a bit of “play” around the outside edges of the grill. Is that just for expansion/contraction? All the clips were put back in with no issues.
@@yotaxpedition My grill did not come with a bracket to mount my OEM camera. The website says "Vehicles with a front camera will reuse the OEM camera mount that directly bolts onto our grille." There is no way I can see to mount the OEM camera mount to the grill without the bracket you show in the video.
Another question so I wanted to keep my raptor lights on have it on the inj one but I want them to go turn on when I unlock my truck but they only turn on when the truck is on please help
I’m having my dealership give my TRD Off Road the TRD factory lift. The TRD Grill comes with the lift, so I’ll buy the raptor lights and have them installed at the same time. Since they will be lifting the truck I’m having them install an Add a Leaf in the rear at the same time.
Just so you know, Raptor lights are used because DOT requires vehicles wider than 80 inches to have 3 amber marker lights close to the front of the vehicle. I know you think they look cool but knowing what I just said makes anything, especially a small mid size truck look ridiculous with marker lights.
Terrible video. Didn’t completely show how to remove oem grille. Installed letters only to tell us later to remove letters to install the camera bracket. You suggest it’s an option to cut out entire honeycomb, but you can’t if you want the raptor lights to snap in properly. If I knew I was going to have to butcher the grille for the camera, i would have bought another grille that has a better solution. Trash!!!
The Tacoma is now 80+ inches wide 💪

Yeah it's an awkward thing to get on
Is it possible to have the raptor style lights as DRL?
What is the best port in fuse box to install raptor lights and why?

Do you need a switch to turn on and off?
Not sure wiring in your the injector fuse is the best. Why not the daytime running lights.
My sensor wiring is different than what is shown. Not sure how to get it all unhooked before removing.
Do the raptor lights come with all the fuses and wiring needed?
Yes they do

@irestrike3903 any solution to this ?
@@TheLeocontreras Unfortunately not. I feel like they heard "Canada and stopped replying lol
Will the wires be long enough to go through the side to the terminals? Or do I need to buy some extra wire?
Yes you should have plenty of wire for that if I'm understanding correctly
Do I need a camera bracket to install the camera ?
If your Tacoma has a factory camera then yes you will need a bracket to mount to our grille. We also offer the bracket.

Can show us how to make them DRL not always on even with lights turned off please ?
I’m about to buy this grill I wanna know too!
I prefer the OEM grill over the pro but the pro still looks good.
does the tss cover come with this kit or do we have to order separate?
If you select TSS on the drop down then it will come with the cover
@@yotaxpedition Is the TSS cover the same thing as a ACC DRCC Garnish Sensor Cover?
Is it safe since you didn’t use the screws the grill won’t come out loose when hitting bumps ?
The grille isn't going anywhere. We haven't had any issues with that.

What “shroud” are you talking about that’s going to “clean up” the camera???
When installing the raptor lights could you just use three of the lights instead of using all four? Thanks
Yes you can. You'll just have an extra plug behind the grille.
