Hey I am 72 years old and have been drinking coffee since I was 14 years old and and worked two fulltime job for 37 years with no more than 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night and I had a coffee machine at each job and drank it day and night and I also kept an extra coffee machine in my car in case one of the coffee machines quit working. When I go to Las Vegas NV for vacation I bring my own coffee machine and coffee. If I fly I check the coffee machine in. My son and daughter both drink slot of coffee. My son's father called him a coffee bean like me. I have always drank my coffee black. I love the taste of coffee black.

When I learned coffee was recommended for people with end stage kidney disease and that it aids the liver in its functions I knew all the demonization it has received was contextual! Adding dairy(wreaks havoc in one’s stomach) sugars and additives, growing practices ,origins and mold content , brewing methods and filtering, time of day consumed, etc,and finally one’s own metabolism. Contexts often outweighing contents! Thank you for this informative content!

Thank you! so much! I can go without food 23 hours on a daily basis, but not without ☕ And coffee reducing risk of liver cancer is consistent with the fact that Gerson's therapy uses it for liver cleanse.

I am from East Africa, Ethiopia. Since childhood, we have been drinking coffee with our mothers. Maybe more than 2 cups a day for adults & kids one cup a day. It's a common beverage for all ages & I think it's a good place to do research on cancer. Coffee originated in Ethiopia, then to the Middle East & then to Europe. Even though it was controversial in Muslim communities & it was banned for a while & lad to riots then approved by religious leaders.

My parents allowed us children to have coffee so l started at 8.
I actually had a friend and relationship with a coffee bean importer😅 so ended up with a variety of coffee makers and bean blends.
Every day , I drink 1-2 cups of coffee . Organic , black with half a teaspoon of organic unclarified honey.
I have it with organic raw nuts, a piece of organic black chocolate minimum 70% - mint, orange oil, etc.
To counteract the high oxalates of all the above, l eat some organic goat and sheep cheeses. If soft cheese, I add sesame seeds. I rarely eat bread or crackers so have cheeses in salads or eat pieces.

Another Excellent Report on Coffee & Cancer....Love how Ben runs the info by Dr. Moss to be sure we heard it correctly.....well done Ben, and I appreciate it and sure others do too.....if you like Dr. Moss & Son's Reports, drop them a thank you, and let them know how much you appreciate it.....I sure do and I let them know..... Love Dr. Moss's Coffee Recipe.....will sure try it....after I find some Chicory Root....., think I tried A chicory coffee and did not like it.....but sure just a little like he stated mixed with Cinnamon & Cocoa sounds even better......he had me at Chocolate.....I love my chocolate .....have cut down a lot, but always have it here.....some days go by, I never touch it.....but not a lot of days 🤣for sure... if it wasn't too late 3:39am.....I would make a cup now ..... if I had the chicory......I do add a few shakes of cinnamon sometimes to my coffee , but I like it a light brownish color with Whipping cream..even used a little ginger this morn.....tried the Plant milk & Creamer , just don't like either.....never heard of cocoa....did try a small chunk of Butter....a time or two.... ..but I do not use sugar in my coffee..... probably because I usually have a little something sweet, mostly something chocolate......but I won't tell Dr. Moss tho.....sometimes just gotta have a double choc. Doughnut 😋 so whomever is reading this ,don't you tell him either 😁.....Absolutely love these smart men..... why can't I find a nice Dr. like Dr. Moss ?? 🤣

I mix my coffee with a green tea bag or other herbals. Usually one cup a day. Praise God, He made it all GOOD!
My Dad always said, Do things in moderation, as you Dr.
Some people are sucking coffee all day long! I believe that is dangerous, especially adding so much sugar, like your Son said. I use the green stevia leaf powder most of the time.

Chicory is also a powerful diuretic and was used during WW1[& or WW2] to reduce the amount of coffee needed to satisfy the taste buds. There are 2 companies that grind chicory into their coffee which are in the south. New Orleans style coffee. Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon full daily helps to control blood sugar. Another coffee add in is cardamom which I find very good. [I wonder if that has any health benefits?] Also another thing to keep in mind is your coffee should always be organic. Coffee that is not organic can be laced with significant toxins from herbicides and pesticides!

Dear Dr. Moss and son Ben I thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish your youtube video information on coffee and especially your coffee recipe that is similar to my own version enjoyed for decades of my life I am nearing the young age of only 70 years.
Similar to your coffee recipe that is not overheated my recipe looks like this. And is altered every morning for immune system support as follows. Note that ingredients are ONE HUNDRED PERCENT ORGANIC throughout.
In my glass or stainless steel saucepan of one quart of charcoal-filtered low-heated rainwater water, I add the following.
A- One level or less teaspoon of organic coffee preground dry milled coffee beans from my electric blender cup.
B- Add the same amount of dark 100 percent Cacoa organic beans dry milled the same way C- Add loose or powdered organic matcha green tea.
D-The following organic dry herb powders are added as Cylon Cinnamon, Turmeric Ginger with Black Pepper, Rosemary herb, etc.
E-To sweeten to taste options are watered down in your blender fresh pineapple ( digestive enzymes -Thai tamarind fruit paste, Dry milled Stevia Leaf, or one processed date from your blender unit. These options are only to be used to transition your immune system away from WHITE DEATH GLUCOSE SPIKING REFINED GMO HIDDEN SUGAR that most Americans are addicted to and so sad to say is all FDA Fraud and Death Administration approved. It is sad but so True Today.
F- To taste add good fat to your coffee as spices like Turmeric can use a good supporting source of healthy safe fat to make the spice carried into your body with much more efficacy for example. Organic Coconut milk or paste. ( I use cultured fermented organic coconut bought at my Villa Market on Phuket island where I live ) I have experienced great results with grass-finished organic butter and kefir yogurt from grass-finished goats that I have direct access to from the organic farm located at the north end of Phuket Thailand.
Simply experiment and mix and match your organic green coffee to your desire of good health and good taste. Your coffee will be taking on a whole new culinary experience after doing this that may just bring an ear-to-ear smile to your face. Try it out and you may be pleasantly surprised. Just make an effort to buy organic the farmers would appreciate your consumer support of their business as well.
Hello Moss family. And your good information video on coffee at this link is here for my g mail followers to watch and listen into th-cam.com/video/p0VZEFFiSJU/w-d-xo.html for mutual support between our 2 natural health research parties. The Good Earth Chef Barry Anderson is sharing his research on coffee at the following links www.flickr.com/photos/54619340@N07/16086136863/ Is Coffee Poison to the Human Body?
Is drinking hot coffee poison to the human body? Article Part 1 of 2
    1-Coffee is Addictive?
    2-A Poison?
    3- Causes Cancer in Humans?
4- And what the Coffee industry does not want you to know about is covered in this article?
First, let's define what a poison is as described by the online dictionary Wikipedia
Fact -1 Poisons are substances that cause disturbances to organisms usually by chemical reaction or other activity on the molecular scale, when a sufficient quantity is absorbed by an organism such as the human body.
Coffee reduces the risk of diabetes in humans?
In the same report, it goes on to say the following comment.
Drinking four cups of coffee every day can decrease a woman's risk of developing Type 2 diabetes by more than half, according to a new study. THIS FINDING IS HUGE AS SCIENCE KNOWS THAT PEOPLE WITH NO DIABETES OR INSULIN RESISTANCE HAVE A MUCH LOWER RISK OF BEING DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER. But on the flip slide of the research coin Green Matcha Tea showed protective effects on the brain, too. Tea drinkers did better on tests on memory and information processing than non-tea drinkers did, according to a 2010 study of 716 Chinese adults 55 and older in the Journal of Nutrition, Health, and
Aging. Researched Article 2 of 2 on www.flickr.com/photos/54619340@N07/16172639964/ Is drinking hot coffee poison to the human body?
Fact 1- Did you know that the coffee industry uses EPA Environmental protection agency banned chemicals on the world's supply of coffee production crops in many cases outside of the continental US? Yes, Americans are drinking banned chemicals in their coffee.
Fact -2 Because coffee is one of the most pesticide and herbicide-ridden cash crops on planet Earth it is in your best health interest to buy Organic Coffee only with the higher price sticker. After all, it is your body and your health is it not? And you have a given right to know what our Food Supply Industry is doing to the foods that you put into your body! Yes?
“Even for some individuals like myself hot coffee causes my heart to palpate abnormally due to the high caffeine that acts like a drug in the human body. “
Hot Coffee in the heating process has created a carcinogenic compound called Acrylamide that even the FDA has a website admitting to this and that hot coffee and grain products cause cancer in humans. Acrylamide is a chemical that can form in some foods during high-temperature cooking processes, such as frying, roasting, and baking. Acrylamide in food forms from sugars and amino acids that are naturally present in food; it does not come from food packaging or the environment.
Other sources of Acrylamide are found for use in products such as plastics, grouts, water treatment products, and cosmetics. Acrylamide is also found in cigarette smoke.
French fries and potato chips), coffee, and foods made from grains (such as breakfast cereal, cookies, and toast). These foods are often part of a regular diet. But if you want to lower acrylamide intake, reducing your intake of these foods is one way to do so.
Acrylamide forms in coffee when coffee beans are roasted, not when coffee is brewed at home or in a restaurant. So far, scientists have not found good ways to reduce acrylamide formation in coffee.
Although studies in rodent models suggest that acrylamide is a potential carcinogen, additional epidemiological studies are needed to help determine any effects of dietary acrylamide intake on human cancer risk.
Baked dairy chocolate has acrylamide and raw dark cacao does not. Raw foods do not have this chemical compound and support your production of the master mother of all antioxidants in your body called Glutathione which protects you from the acrylamide exposure of overcooked foods.
And here is the FDA website of resources to go to for seeing for yourself at the link www.fda.gov/food/foodborneillnesscontaminants/chemicalcon...
The big question of Holistic Chef Barry as a consumer advocate is that the FDA knows that hot coffee may cause Cancer in Humans right? So why is the FDA Food and Drug Administration still allowing humans to continue to drink this potentially cancer-causing beverage in the first place without warnings on the label like they are now using on cigarette packages?
And why does the FDA not label this warning on all the coffee industry product lines? We know the answer to this one of course. It is about the money is it not friends? The processed food industry is not in the business of working for your good health.
    Fact 3- Is your Addiction?
Chronic Coffee consumption is notoriously addictive to many individuals with weak constitutions to this substance and can not live without the fix. Sounds like a drug right?
In fact, like sugar that forces the pancreas to dump out large amounts of insulin to buffer the spike of blood sugar plus alcohol abuse and addictive nicotine from cigarettes coursing through the veins of smokers coffees caffeine consumption does work like an addictive drug in the human body as well.
Many people make many failed attempts to stop drinking coffee.
The article further states that drinking coffee daily can compound the toxic substances in your body that increase your risk of insomnia, stroke, and heart disease
And as holistic chef barry already concluded in his research for coffee beans are grown outside this country, it’s very likely that they have been exposed to banned EPA pesticides that contribute to several cancers and Parkinson’s disease.
Thank You in advance for staying with the Good Earth Chef all the way to reading and for absorbing the absolute TRUTH of your COFFEE Today and every day of your life. Your Good Earth Chef and Friend for LIFE Holistic Chef Barry Anderson

One thing i think coffee is good for is to stimulate digestion because its bitter.just like bitter greens & herbs.maybe thats why in addition to the caffeine it also helps to wake up the body & get the digestive enzymes flowing in the morning.(that is if you consume it the way italians do in italy & that is strong & usually without sugar.)

Before I retired, 100% of the co-workers who drank 2 or more serving were the most difficult to work with.
Coffee caffeine is just too much.
I knew one co-worker who had to drink coffee before bedtime. He was always stressed about something - never at ease.
