I am a fan of Moss Reports and the buying of Dr. Moss' 400 page documented study
about endometrial cancer helped me greatly a few years ago. However,
this podcast and others about cancer, medical treatments and supplements
seems to me helpful for us now but not for future generations.
All of these approaches-=paying for chemotherapy, buying supplements, and paying
hospitals and doctors basically support the medical/pharmaceutical establishment.
As this podcast illustrates we are living a life style in a world which causes cancer (run by
global corporations). As a result we are in a position with no choice but to support the medical/pharmaceutical establishments by buying their products to deal with the cancer created by how we live. More attention
needs to be given to preventing all of the environmental and corporate causes
of cancer in the first place.

It is my understanding, via Dr. Thomas Seyfried "cancer as a metabolic disease" ... Apparently cancer can be starved out and we can be cured with no chemotherapy, same with diabetes, both can be reversed with proper diet, exercise, and intermittent fasting. Stage 3 and 4 colon cancers have been reversed. Dr. Eric Berg on TH-cam has very interesting info.

Friday I was diagnosed with with a condition discussed in this presentation. Over the weekend I spiralled, cried, prayed and meditated. Today without looking for a medical video this came on my page. Hi Michelle. I understand you keeping your diagnosis private, but I was drawn to your post and then when you commented about this video popping up on your feed…well, I just had to reach out. Basically, the same thing just happened to me, except that I don’t have my diagnosis yet. On Wed I’m having a specialized MRI, MRCP. I originally had CT in Nov of my lungs for a baseline image as I am a former 40 year pack a day smoker. That CT came back suspicious for a nodule not looking right. Three months later went for lung CT with contrast and yay! Nodule was fine, recheck in a year. However…the radiologist saw something incidentally at bottom of scan that needs to be followed up on. My pancreas is showing some inflammation. OMG. Had two more abdominal CT’s with contrast and they confirmed that my pancreatic duct, not bile duct, is 4 mm dialated and needs to be looked at asap. Unfortunately, I am experiencing some other symptoms such as loss of appetite, extreme weight loss, fatigue and back pain in the area where your bra strap would lie. Also suffering from edema and gout and testing for edema was a Doppler and that showed enlarged lymph nodes in my groin. Edema has been ruled out as anything else. Hopefully within 72 hours MRI will be done and report updated online. I have a feeling that next weekend I will be doing much of the same that you did this past weekend. I fully expect to be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, there are just too many symptoms for it not to be, but I am holding onto the slightest bit of hope that I am wrong. I wish you the best and I am so sorry to know that another human being has an awful feeling in the pit of their stomach and wondering what steps to take next. Just know you are not alone. ❤

Thank you for this information. I saw a golden milk drink on YT about a year ot two ago and thought i would give it a try. It consisted of one standard mug of milk (I used skimmed milk), placed in a pan, added approx 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a generous pinch of black pepper, and a heaped teaspoon of turmeric (shop bought in standard jar as it is in the UK), heat gently, stirring continuously not to burn and then pour into the mug. Add a teaspoon or two of honey if you prefer it sweeter. I've found that it helps your bowels as if cleaning your insides and seems to help with your memory too and cognitive dissonance, but Ive been a bit lax in making this lately and notice the difference. Hope this helps someone as well as i feel its helped me.

I have made a curry with Curcumin and the following ingredients, fenugreek, black pepper, ginger, honey garlic powder, ground cumin, and I used Basmati rice. I could not find any paprika and I’m not sure if my wife adds that. Along with a pinch of Himalayan salt, I added olive oil in the mix and simmered them in the wok until the chicken was tender and then added mixed vegetables and boiling water slowly until the mix was suitable. I decide the dish into 3 portions and it tastes great, but not as good as when my wife makes the curry 😜 I am in Europe and have some prostate problems but feel good about my overall health in that I am 77 years old. In Indian culture turmeric is considered extremely auspicious . When women leave the home after their visit of friends or family , they are given a coconut and turmeric pieces with beetle leaves and nuts.. the benefits of turmeric and pepper is well recorded in Indian Ayurvedic science and Naturopathy and other Indian medical systems as well. It requires science to research and present papers for acceptance by the world as well as the mass of Indians who have taken to Allopathy and rejected Indian medical systems for lack of knowledge or faith and perhaps scientific approval..

In kerala cooking fresh green turmeric and black pepper is always used in conjunction by grinding into as a paste. Never on its own. Curry comes from.malayalm. pacha curry means vegetables it is always cooked mostly with lentils. Then this combination is called Curry. Often with coconut ginger garlic coriander cumin and the mandatory turmeric and black pepper paste. Haridra is the sanskrit name for turmeric. It is auspicious too. Uluva means fenugreek. It is made as Kanji or gruel and fed to men as nutrients. All these things are coming from Ayurveda . Kerala is the real place Aurvedha.

In Hindus food system. There are three types of food. Satirica, Rajasthan,Thomas.
Sathvica is for the normal pers nor too rich or poor in ingredients like ghee spices and herbs. Rajasa is too rich in butter ghee spices herbs. Thansa is overly fermented food not fit for consumption too much meet intoxicating food and drink. Hindus always know foods decide our moods and illness. Yogurt is a must for all meals. Hindus have been following this school of food for more than 10000 years. Modern world is just waking up to it. Yoga is another contribution to health. Long live 🇮🇳 india

I make a spiced drink consisting of regular spices that are easily available and still not too expensive, with turmeric, Ginger, onion powder, cinnamon. Then I add powdered milk. I have a pepper grinder in which I put whole peppercorns and whole cloves. Cloves are good for killing parasite eggs. Both are best used freshlyground. Cinnamon is good for blood sugar regulation. Turmeric ginger and onion are excellent for inflammation. Also it's best to stop using the turmeric for maybe three or four days because it does affect the kidneys. I am a chain smoker but I only smoke pipe tobacco which I don't believe have 100 other chemicals added like TaylorMade cigarettes. I am 77 years of age and have smoked most of my life. I'm not going to run any marathons but I consider myself in good health. Also I do add maybe a tablespoon cold pressed coconut oil to keep my brain in good working order. I can drink with or without any sweetener.

In Indonesia, we have two kinds of orange turmeric (curcuma longa), lesser turmeric and greater turmeric. The former is used for cooking Indonesian food and traditional herbal drinks called "Jamu". The latter is used for "jamu" only. What is more, we have white turmeric. Here, we have three kinds of white turmeric: zedoary, mango ginger and kaempferia rotunda. We also have black turmeric. These turmerics are cheap medicine roots here.

Indonesia has not only *regular turmeric* , but also *white turmeric* and *black turmeric* . Regular turmeric _(curcuma domestica)_ is used for cooking Indonesian food and for making _jamu_ or Indonesian herbal medicine to maintain good physical health. White turmeric is not as popular as regular turmeric. It is usually used for cancer treatment here. There are three kinds of white turmeric known here on the island of Java: _curcuma zedoaria, curcuma mangga_ and _kaempferia rotunda_ . The black turmeric _(curcuma aeruginosa)_ is not popular, either. It is used to rid the body of threadworm infections. These three kinds of turmeric are sold in traditional markets throughout Indonesia. To buy white turmeric and black turmeric, however, people need to order first. The herbal ingredient seller needs time to get those roots because they are not popular.

in 2018 I ate 1 heaping teaspoon tumeric every day for several months and it made me deathly sick ( vomiting and diareah starting in an hour after I consumed it for 4 to 5 hours after ) I did loose about 40 LBS in about 3 months before I discovered what the cause was far too much tumeric per day 7 days a week. I also completely lost the desire for sweets. So for about a year I ate an average of 1/3 less per meal and had completely forgotten how bad I felt and tired I was before the loosing of weight because of overdosing on Tumeric. I now use 1/3 teaspoon with pepper mixed in about 3 times a week and its no problem to me. Also my mother had dimentia starting in her mid 50s and passed at age 62, I have used Tumeric since my mid 50s and have no dimentia at all and Im 61 now. Just remember to use the highest quality Tumeric and mix the pepper in it. I down the poder with water and chase it with coffee to get rid of the taste.

Hi, we suggest if it's a supplement, to take the recommended dose on the bottle unless working with a qualified naturopathic doctor, and if working with an oncologist, it's good to keep them in the loop as well. That said, if you are in touch with your body and paying attention to how it feels when eating or taking these substances, then if you have no ill effects, or if you feel that they are having a positive effect, then that's the most important factor. Proceed with caution, but go with what works for you, and pay attention to your own tolerance or any ill effects. Best wishes and thanks for sharing your mixture with everyone. :)
