  • The 223rd video of my train spotting adventures.

    This video follows on from the video at Winsford, one stop up the WCML to Hartford railway station. A small, 2-platform, DfT Category D "Medium Staffed" train station, it was first built and opened back in 1837 by the Grand Junction Railway, much like Winsford to the south. Not much information exists for me to talk about this station, save for the buildings being greatly rationalised around the 1960s during the West Coast Electrification Project.
