E80 suprem or e65sgbw is better ??

You mentioned to clean the flapper every 2 to 3 days. How many coffee grinds does this entails? I'm questioning as I'm using a e65s GBW for my own personal usage (at home).
Hi Michael - 2 to 3 days is the recommendation if you're using the E80 in a commercial setting. It's preventative maintenance so that you don't see spraying or clumping when you grind. If you ever start to experience spraying or clumping with your grinder, cleaning the flapper is something you could try to remedy the situation. Happy grinding!
