Awesome work lads 👍 did you leave the auto in neutral when doing the cam swap so you could turn the crank and cam to line up dot-to-dot or doesn’t it matter what gear the auto box is in?
Thanks mate, we left the car in park when putting the cam in, we installed cam dot to dot as per instruction

what size/type bolt were you using to re install the harmonic balancer to the engine
Nice video, been looking at this exact cam for my 6L VZ, how did you find it for just normal driving or cruising and traffic?
Drives very well for a largish cam on stock stall, tuning is key to how well it drives
Great vid but I noticed you put in the new Cam and valve springs but no new Lifters for the new Cam. Is that normal?
The lifters showed no sign of wear so it was perfectly fine to reuse them 😊
Good vid mate how long did it take for the motor to become quiet afterwards ?
The noise went away shortly after and we began tuning
Got my sub. lads -good sh1t. My dirty old Commo. is up for an engine swap next month if it sounds anything like that I’ll be happy.
