- Gsxr750 build that will have no problem taking on just about any bike with a stock wheelbase 1000cc
118hp stock motor
156hp after build on E85 in the summer
160+ on methanol race only
And a massive 63lbs of torque on a stock 70mm bore size bigger bore is in the works 72or73mm

the valve lapping set you have is a thing of beauty, I learnt using compound and a wooden dowl with a rubber plunger
I've always wanted to see a 750 build like this. Now I want to see how it does against some 1000s

Yes the BMEP is great but compared to the Cbr1052rr we built there is about 5% more that could be had if methanol or E85 was the only fuel being used

But is that exhaust a stock titanium header from a gsxr1000?
Did have a header like that before and did swap to a yoshi header from a k5 gsxr1000 and make more power with that one.
Don’t get too happy with that port work or you’ll ruin. The head bigger is not always better. Yes it is a stock titanium header from a K5 probably not the best that I could have. But exhaust for this year are getting rare.

What do u feel is the major benefit of ceramic coating?
It keeps the heat in the combustion chamber it’s good for about 5% more torque
what would you get/what do you favor; 2010- gsxr 750 or 2011+? i’m planning on getting a 750 next year to make it a 1000 killer/competitive
2006-7 have a different ECU but after that 2008 and up are all the same just small things like different stock Exhaust and injectors change from year to year
Amazing results, but for the money, wouldn't it be easier to just buy a 1000, and get even more power, as well as all the modern electronics packages and a warranty? haha

@@blackwidowpowersports6037 Yeah, was just curious... These days you grab a new liter bike, throw on a decat slip-on, air filter and ECU flash and you have an easy 180-190hp at the wheel....

True but I have a gsxr600 that will be made into a 650cc for land speed that will have that title 😜
