There is a cute Tea Room in downtown Clermont & great shopping all around Clermont too. My husband got a great haircut from a barber down there too! Really cool areas!!
I just spent 40+ days in Clermont, including Christmas and New Year. Now I'm back in Victoria Australia and I'm pining to comeback to beautiful Clermont 😢 I stayed in the wonderful Vacation Village on Lake Louisa on Hwy 27. I felt at home in Clermont,my dog and I would walk along the Lake in downtown Clermont and visit the dog park on 12th St. Everyone I met in Clermont was so friendly and kind, which made me feel very much at home. I could easily reside there but unfortunately the USA's medical and it's reliance on private health insurance is a killer to my wallet plus the very expensive food prices 😮 To watch your walk around video of downtown Clermont brought back so many good memories when I attended the switching on of the Christmas tree lights on Dec 1st 2023. My dog and I took many walks around the downtown area which has a very relaxed comfy feeling. Thank you for bringing back good times for me with your video kind regards Paul
Hello! Wow that was a long stay in Clermont and we are so glad that you enjoyed it! We are glad that you watched our video and it reminded you of the fun times. Maybe you and your dog will get to visit again very soon!
@@thealtemlife Sadly I had to leave my best mate behind in Clermont as the Australian Govt livestock and fisheries Dept will not allow my dog,who was born in Australia, rabies Vax in Australia back into this WOKE mongrel country for another 6 months 😡 They are taking applications on Feb 24th 2024 and it could take longer than 6 months to bring him back home! Unfortunately my bank balances would not allow me to stay any longer to be with Rocky my 14 yr old deaf dog and very sadly I had to let him go with a kind caring animal loving Clermont couple forever 😭 He had been by my side for 12 great yrs and now he is not there walking with me. He was the best friendliest kindest happiest dog you could meet, never growled or bitten anyone. While back in Australia I miss him terribly 😢 So a big thank you to my ba$tard uncaring country which allows international racehorses into Australia to race for the Melbourne cup and illegal immigrants but not a rabies vaccinated Australian born 14 yr old deaf harmless Corgi Jack Russell X 🤬🤬🤬
The olive oil and vinegar shop is so fun, they have tasting cups so you can try all different flavor combinations, lots of gourmet condiments, cookware etc. also I think you missed the street with the old theatre, bookstore, Pepe’s cantina( where you’ve shown before) and the nice park area outside of the Hangry Bison, anther great place to eat!
80 degrees here in suburban Cleveland, Ohio. I say Mon-Trose. We found a great Italian market in Burbank, CA. Half of it was a market, the other half was an Italian restaurant. It was called Pinocchio's for anyone who may be interested. I love a cute little Main St USA. That mural at 9:01 is straight out of HGTV's Hometown. Many years ago, (possibly 1991?) I had looked at purchasing a bed and breakfast in Winter Garden called Meadow Marsh. There was nothing in Winter Garden at the time. The property was on Tildenville School Road, and there was a little intersection with maybe 2-4 shops in Tildenville. That's my whole story, LOL.
Good video! I visited Clermont twice, last year, and the year before. Went up to the observation deck of the Citrus Tower and got a good look at the surrounding area and the development that is coming into the area. The downtown appears to be getting livelier, as it felt pretty sleepy during my last visit. There seems to be a lot more stores open this time. Clermont and Winter Garden are strong considerations for any future relocation to central Florida. The increase in the cost of living down there, however, is of great concern.
Very well put! We went to the tower a few years ago. We will have to make another video on it sometime. You are right, these are great places to live but expensive!
First time watching and you did such a good job! Really enjoyed that! Hey, maybe you can film getting adjusted by that chiropractor that would be cool!
Great video but the City of Claremont needs to plant a bunch of oak trees down the main street so it shaded I haven't seen a tree planted down there in over 15 years

Oh that’s awesome! Thanks for sharing this. We will have to explore it a little more and go in some of the stores!

That sounds like a really cool place in CA! Wow, it stinks you didn’t purchase that but who would have thought WG would be like it is today!
My husband and I drove by Meadow Marsh when we were down there recently. Winter Garden has definitely changed!

Hey thanks! Thanks so much for watching! We do like a good adjustment so that would be something to film lol
👍👍
Thanks!
West End Plaza used to be a library.
Interesting! Thanks!
Passed it by many times on 50. Seems like a nice little town! Try Mexican !
Yeah it was neat! We will have to go film the Mexican place soon!

Thanks! That would be smart not only for the shade but for the look. It would make it pretty cool looking!
Hey 👋
Hello!
