Thank you Priscilla! I love meatballs and want to give this a try. My biggest issue is getting the meatballs to get into a ball and stay that way. Might try the glove and see if that helps. Also putting seasoning in without measurements. I either put too much in or too little, I never seem to get it right.
If your meatballs are not staying in a shape, you probably don’t add enough egg. Try adding an additional one. That along with the breadcrumbs is what binds them into balls. The glove method may help a little, but you absolutely have to have a binder.
I always make my owne sauce. Make it in big batches. Separate in the portions, and vacuum seal. Then all I have to do it take out how much I need the night before & thaw in the fridge ❤
Hello . An I make amazing meatballs too but I use saltines crackers. An a splash of Worcestershire sauce an one egg per pound of meat . An for it sauce I use both diced tomatoes an the tomatoe sauce an add a bit of sugar not a lot maybe half tsp. With all ur other stuff ur adding nto it an cook away. I cook mine for a long time too. 😂❤an yes I do add some Parmesan cheese or a rine of a cheese that is saved for he sauce an yes it makes it yummy ❤
My Swedish grandma would say to add a little sugar. Maybe 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. for 3 pounds of ground beef. We also add a little ketchup and mustard. They are delicious…more Swedish meatball than Italian meatball but we used same recipe for all meatballs. Same recipe for meatloaf. Also, we add the onion in to meat mixture
I put brown sugar in my meatballs plus bread crumbs----- I put them in the oven and cook them in tomato sauce---- my recipe is a lot easier but probably less tasty! But my family doesn't complain. :) This was fun to watch--- I always enjoy watching you cook!
That’s such a cool twist!! I’m gonna do that. I can hear my ancestors saying “Oh no, we don’t do that” well…yes we do, now!!! I’m Calabrese & Napolitan (my Daddy pronounced it “Nahhbleadonn” growing up and I never knew what that meant as a kid)
I made this last night we had meatballs left overs for lunch today I toasted some Italian bread and made meatball Parmesan subs they were so yummy thanks
I told someone cooking was my love language and they made fun of me until I cooked for them. When you love doing something it comes through in what you do. I love you said it was yours too!
You are doing amazing cooking Priscilla, thank you for the recipe. i hope i can find the minced garlic somehwere, not sure that is available in Sweden.
if u take parsely pour it in ur hand rub ur hands together u break open the aroma of it and put it in ur meat or whatever ur using it for it really brings out the flavor
Can you freeze these after their cooked? It sure would make a quick meal for your family. Also, I am retired and a widow, so having some frozen would be great because I hate cooking for just myself.
We use half ground beef and half ground pork. The parsley is fresh finely chopped. Also I use a cookie scoop to form the meatballs. Not fond if huge meat balls. Then they are baked. Really hate the mess frying makes. The texture is nicer with the combo of beef and pork.
@@donnakerley8573 you must not be Italian I am far from judging. I am just giving her a little advice. Don’t use butter use a drop of olive oil that’s it stop being so critical.
@@Sandra-ij9fk butter, and meatballs I don’t think so. My grandmas are rolling right now there’s a place for everything butter is not placed with meatballs on any planet.
spaghetti woth meatballs are a labor of love for family. Looks great.
I was lucky growing up with two step grandmothers that were Italian and every Sunday was spaghetti and meatballs all from scratch..
This is so so good!!! I made it last night and it’s incredible!
I've been dying to get my hands on your recipe! Thanks for sharing it with us ❤ also i just love your family
They look great😊
In my family, we call measuring without tools measuring with your heart. ♥️
Oh my, definitely my favorite meal!!!
I've never added onion and I do add chopped real basil. I'm drooling for some now!!!

Priscilla, that looks delicious! 😋👍💜
I’m going just make tge meatballs & make low carb using pork panko. I’m on a keto diet. Ty Cill!
Me too! Was thinking the same thing! We’re carnivore so no spaghetti, but those still look delicious!
Thanks so much for this yummy recipe!

I JUST made spaghetti last night, I’m gonna have to try and make these next time!!
Good work
I am definitely giving the meatball recipe a try
Me too, for sure.
My best friend has been asking me to make her some meatballs, so thanks. I am definitely going to use your recipe!
Looks scrumptious.
My stomach started rumbling just from watching you work your magic.

My husband is a sauce guy I’m a spaghetti girl, it works out. I definitely would be eating at least 3 meatballs though. They look so good!
That looks delicious! My brain was actually bringing the smell of meat cooking to my mind as I watched it. It seemed like I could smell it. So cool!
So yummu..making this weekend.

One more try! What brand of skillet are you using?
Add some parm in those meatballs. Then less salt. It’s fabulous
Hello beautiful Maass family ❤️ 😘
Look's delicious 😋
Priscilla, I layer my meatball ingredients so I don’t have to mix it up as much. Just a tip. Love the recipe, and you!
I wish I was your neighbor, or that you delivered!! LOL Looks delicious!
You’re awesome Cilla’s! Thanks for sharing your recipe! I will definitely try it! 😊❤
I love spaghetti, it's my favorite meal, but I'm not a big fan of meatballs! I'll have to try this!💚
I haven’t made homemade meatballs in a long time. Now I want to plan a dinner so I can make them.
That looks amazing Priscilla thank you for sharing can't wait to try it
You are so welcome
Could you please tell me about the skillet you are using??

Gloves 🧤, very mindful, very demure 🤣🤣🤣
Very! Lol
Yummy chicken meat balls
I saw a little Justin Wilson going on there with the seasoning 😊
Basically my recipe but I add a little more breadcrumbs and I bake them in the oven instead of the frying pan
Almost the exact way i have made my meatballs for years 😂
I love the eye glasses
Onion goggles… supposed to keep you from tearing up when you cut onions.
❤❤
Lovely recipe but I recommend substituting the bread crumbs for dried parmesan cheese, just reduce the salt to compensate.
I do a lil of both and Parsley has no taste it's just aesthetically pleasing!
also butter burns I like EVOO!
I put my meatballs on a broiler tray and bake them and then drop them in my sauce and simmer them.
Love Priscilla's personality she such a beautiful soul. Love watching you. 😊
Thank you so much!!
😋
Left over meatballs would make delicious meatballs subs!❤
Do you still have the aprons? I would love to buy one.
I use my sauce to make lasagna as well
Jarlick
I made these and they were the best meatballs I’ve ever made….I didn’t use as much garlic
I love meatballs cold the next day as a toasted sandwich.
Ooh, that sounds delicious
Do you think this could work if I replaced the beef with fake ground beef? I’m vegetarian, so I still would use the eggs etc.
Hello Cilla ❤
Boy that is about 5x the Italian seasoning that I use, guess I better add a little more!
I think were you going to have a hailstorm becaus cill is cooking
3 lbs of ground beef!! Holy Moly Batman!
How else do you make 24 meatballs? Lol
We use half ground beef and half ground pork. The parsley is fresh finely chopped. Also I use a cookie scoop to form the meatballs. Not fond if huge meat balls. Then they are baked. Really hate the mess frying makes. The texture is nicer with the combo of beef and pork.
Did I miss the ingredients for the sauce?
I back the meatballs in the over
You shouldn't over crowd the pan. Brown in batches is better
I watched a video recently the girl kept calling minced jarred garlic “jarlic” now I call it that every time haha
That''s great lol
We need the Asa taste approval b roll
Please tell me where you get all your cute clothes from?!
Great job Priscilla!!’
They really look good, very fancy!!
Is there anything you can't do? That looks amazing!
I can't juggle, does that count?
I use stove top instead of bread crumbs
Hi Abbie how are you doing today
Hey Abbie beautiful mom
You have been gone too long! I missed triple p!
Well I’m back now!
The meatballs look delicious. Your dress is pretty.
I also wear gloves when handling raw meat. Its so gross! 😂
Add an Italian I would never ever use butter you fry them in olive oil, and then add to your sauce. Butter has no placing meatballs.
You should try it 😋
I'd use butter.. don't judge!
