Maybe we need to wait more to get a G13 replacement because they do not have a joystick any more. I am considering disassembling a xbox controller to built a personalized keypad.
Why even put the g13 on here? Granted, it has been my favorite gaming keypad of all time, but you can't really use it anymore. Good luck finding software that will fully work.
You can install the G13 software in Safe Mode. It works that way. I use it. But yea indeed, it is no longer supported in normal means, so while my all time fav, I do not agree with it being listed for 2022 as well :/
I was smart way back when. My companies safety program had them as a reward so I ended up with 2. Both still work. I would be lost at this point without it. Logi needs to make a new one or re release it.
@@mattz4229 handed my wife my old one. Works like new, and picked up a Tartarus PRO 2. Figured that would help prolong the membrane life. Also saw a mod to switch it over to mechanical switches in worse case scenarios. The Tartarus Pro works wonders if you ever find yourself in that situation.
I’ve had the tartarus for a few years and its great but there arent enough buttons…yeah its fine if you’re playing valorant or cod, but the thing that annoys me is the number of rows. I need esc, tab, caps lock, shift, and ctrl, but there are only 4 rows
@@ludareinoso381 they are large sized hands. Not huge though. The Tartarus is adjustable for different sized hands and how you want your fingers to rest on it.
Well, my favourite is the Razer Orbwraver. Nolonger in production alas. Got a Tartarus and Tartarus Pro for me and my girlfriend and we're quite happy with them. I'd love to try the Logitech G13, simply cause of the onboard memmory and the insane things you can do with the logitech gaming software in terms of scripting.
Azeron Cyborg is the best and by far the mouse comfortable and most customisable gaming keypad out there, it requires time to get keybinds for multiple games but once you discover your comfy buttons it becomes much easier! Maybe pricey but they're all made with such love from the Azeron team and their support and customer service is outstanding

@@heaven5605 To be fair the keys themselves aren't that loud and you barely notice the clicking whilst you're gaming with some tunes or game music playing anyway :D

Right? Like I'd love to get the azer but id want true full analog joystick for moving my characters around thats one of the few reasons I'm even looking for one as keys suck for moving characters into precise places. If razer added a true analog joystick they'd sell a lot imo
If you can find a G13 it functions in the same way as a keyboard so any game that supports a keyboard will likewise support the G13. The software still works. I use mine daily and have for years.

This seems to have been written/spoken by someone not used to using english as a first language. All kinds of grammatical errors throughout. Things like not using plural nouns when talking about dollars and other little things that started to bug me the more I listened.
In the future, please have someone proof read the script for proper pluralization. There are multiple instances where you use incorrect pluralization ie: 30 dollar should be 30 dollars. These small mistakes can really bring down the professionalism of a video and are easy to catch with some care.
Just got the Hori Tac Pro ps4 version. It has a Joy that is mapped to WASD. So far it's feeling really good. I wish there was a new version though. I hope more Key pads add Joy sticks.
Don’t buy anything razer their products need 2-3 programs to work, ppl have been complaining for awhile now of very high cpu usage 5-10% in some cases causing pc to overheat. Stay away I made mistake of trying one expecting the 1 year old complaints would be resolved by now, they aren’t.
Please, for the love of God, be sure to mention what switches are in each keypad

All of the keys on the Redragon K585 are programmable via software. Only the dedicated macro keys can be programmed "on-the-go" without software.

I now use and Orbweaver since my G13 clapped out. My dream keypad would be G13 mechanical with stream deck keys in the LCD panel area.

I use one daily. The software 100% works, you're just too poor to afford one.

Azeron's Joystick is awesome but their keys are very sensitive and I'm on the fence about their layout vs keyboard style. I have one
