Just a heads up, I just bought a Preferred Envista. You can get get 3 packages that include the power liftgate, power seats, heated steering wheel, rain sensing windshied. blindspot, adaptive cruise control, phone charger and couple other things. So basically an Avenir without the roof and leather and rims (of course some other small things). MSRP was $26,495. I wanted the safety and the heat being in the midwest. My friend worked at the dealership and I wanted to test drive it. I traded in a 2020 Rav4 XLE. I was shocked how it drove. My first non Toyota in 20 years. I hope I dont regret it, but honestly dealing with a Toyota dealership is a nightmare right now. Plus to get a similar equipped Corolla Cross was about 8 grand more with mark ups. So all you "trade in people" can pound salt. I am up 8k already! lol
OMG I would be so curious to hear your opinion in the future! Cause I test drove both: Envista and Corolla Hatchback. I was afraid to get the Envista just because it’s a newer car, so it doesn’t have the crash test score yet (what is the most important thing for me) and Corolla hatchback is considered one of the safest hatchback and car overall. Plus it has the lane center assist (the Envista just lane keep assist, but it doesn’t keep you in the center of the lane, it just avoid you to cross the lane). I went to the Buick dealer and I felt like trash, they treat me so bad. At Toyota the car has everything I want it but the better ground clearance and power liftgate. They have the reliability, plus 2 years of maintenance free (Buick doesn’t have that for the Envista, only for the other cars). I’m very very happy with the Corolla (it was exactly the same price as the envista I want it). But I confess that I loved the Envista as well. It’s such a hard decision, I really don’t regret but of course it’s cool to hear other peoples opinion and what made them to get one thing instead to another. I hope both of us made the right thing 🤣🤣🤣
Use the lane keep assist for awhile and turn it off and drive on the highway without it. You will never turn it on again (opinion). I had it on my Rav4 and it on for years, but i was driving last winter in cold rain and wondering why my arms were getting tired. It was adjusting back and forth from the lane keep assist. Once I turned it off driving my Rav4 was much better. Absolutely love my Envista, fits my needs perfectly, quieter and more responsive than my Rav4. If the reliability is there on the Buick after 3 years I will stay with Buick, if not back to Toyota. @@danieltani2474

Nice review. Spot on. I live in SW Florida and bought my ST a little over 2 weeks ago. This car wasn't even on my radar 3 weeks ago. Saw it by chance while looking at other car reviews on TH-cam. Spent a solid week reading up on and watching every review I could find on it; went to the local dealer on a Saturday morning, test drove it and took it home that afternoon. So far, I am extremely pleased with it. I was looking at a completely different color option (black), which the dealer had on hand, but then I saw a White Frost Tricoat with the 18 inch black wheels sitting in the showroom. So glad I made that choice. It is simply a drop dead gorgeous car. I am a pretty no-nonsense kind of guy. The ST I bought did not come equipped with all the options; and I'm ok with this. No sunroof? OK with me, never really cared for them much anyway. No power seats? Mine are standard 6-way manual, I'm the only driver, and I managed to find a real sweet spot without the electronic controls. Didn't have the remote start or powered lift-gate? I don't care. Had these features on other cars I've owned and barely used them. Heated seats and steering wheel??? I live in Florida: 'nuff said. Not saying these wouldn't be nice features to have for others, just that they didn't interest me. The standard features are more than enough to make me happy, especially my bottom line/out-the-door price of $27,400 and that included the $1095 extra that the factory charges for that paint option. Could have walked out with any other of the other similarly equipped Envistas (and they ALL look beautiful) in a standard color option for $26,000. The car is extremely quiet going down the road. And the 3 cylinder engine is surprisingly quick and smooth. If you have a heavy foot and impatient driving habits, this might not be for you. I'm all about comfort, not speed. This is a nice compromise. Goes down the highway at 80 smooth as silk and no indication of an engine straining to go through its paces when needed. Like you VoV, I hope my feelings will still be the same after 6 months to a year, but I really have a good feeling about this car. So far so good. Hope your luck continues as well.
I think it's a stunning looking hatchback, reminds me of my Toyota Celica hatchback I had soo many years ago. Especially considering the price on these. If you need a bigger cargo area to haul this and that, this car probably won't do. But for just getting to work and running around town, it's a great different look.

I've driven my mom's Buick a few times and it's really impressive. It's comfortable, quiet and seems well built with a vault-like quality. I didn't know about this new offering but it looks really interesting. Thanks for the review from a real world perspective.
I have no factual basis for the statement I am about to make, but based on the past performance of similar vehicles, the engine in this Envista is going to be fine, but not extraordinary. That means it probably won't hold up like a Toyota or Honda engine, but it shouldn't be any worse than a typical small Ford or GM engine. And at the price you pay, you'll get your money's worth. Plus, for anyone purchasing one now, it will be new with a full GM warranty.
I express this concern because of Ford's *REALLY* bad experience with 1.0-liter I-3 _Ecoboost_ engine. Let's hope GM learned what Ford did and the 1.2 and 1.3 liter I-3 turbo engines are way more reliable.
so in other words its crap as the trax has turbo issues that lead to engine replacement due to it being cheaper to replace the entire engine than just the turbo@@ozzierabbit587
I agree. I don't have one but I know what it is and I can't imagine trying to merge onto the interstate and not feeling like I was going to break the damn thing. I don't have a heavy foot and drive quite conservatively but merging and changing lanes at highway speeds sometimes you just need to be able to move. It's a great looking car and even if it was comfortable I can't help thinking I would need more. A hybrid option with battery assistance could fix that concern but if this "1.2L liter turbo 3 cyl is all they're going to offer I'll probably keep looking.
So glad I came across your real review… been researching this … thinking of downsizing from my 21 Kia sorrento ex xline, I’m a single mom of two , one in a toddler car seat , about the same size as your daughter’s seat, so to see a review that has a car seat is awesome.I really don’t use my 3rd row, but I like all the other bells and whistles that I have. So to see that this has all that and it’s sharp, is a plus. Thank you again for making this vlog
Got the Trax LS with convenience and confidence packages. I LOVE it! Such a bargain for all the features you get. I’ve had for 5 months only issue I’ve had was my screen glitched with CarPlay a few times but besides that it’s been great! It’s crazy how well it drives for the price of the vehicle, kudos to GM for making the Trax and Envista
And honestly the 3cyl has zero problems going up hills and getting up to speed with traffic it’s def prolly and I’m sure the pretty good torque number helps
Thanks for the great review. This sure looks like a winner, this and the Trax are the first GM cars to get my attention in a long time. Very interested to see how they hold up.
Both this and the Trax are the first GM vehicles to catch my attention in many years. The Trailblazer/Encore GX are also interesting cars. GM's Korean-made cars seem to be their best bet for reliability, at least for the time being. Their 1.2 and 1.3 engines have been out for several years now and I haven't heard about any major problems so far. Thanks for the review. I've been trying to get my mom to replace her '08 Ford Taurus and this might be a good option.
how are the ones made in korea more reliable than the ones made elsewhere? the factories and materials are the same no matter where they are located, amd most of the most important components are put together by robots. gm vehicles are super reliable weve had them since i was a kid never any issues
Awesome review!! I just purchased a Buick Envista ST and I am amazed at what you get for the $$. The 3 cylinder turbo isn’t the fastest, but it works!! Amazing!!
4:38 Whoever did the post-delivery inspection for this car failed to do it thoroughly, or at the very least failed to air down the tires from factory. All tires should be set to 35 PSI on these. Hope this helps, and enjoy your ride!
Good call. Someone else posted the same thing last week. I've already aired them down to the door jam recommendation & gave my salesman a hard time. (in a good way). Good looking out 👍
I suspect the delivery inspection is overlooked much of the time. When I bought my last new car, it was delivered to me with black grease smeared on the driver's seat and front passenger's seat. As if a mechanic put his dirty hands on the seats. The upholstery was light beige cloth, so it was very obvious.
This was about the only vehicle that impressed me at the car show, for the price it seems like a good deal, the body style reminds me of the Urus. Thanks for the review
Thanks for the review. I just learned about this vehicle thebother day in starting my search for upgrading my Hyundai Santa fe. Never was a fan of a Buick until i saw this and really like the look and the price. Also im in Virginia Beach so it was cool when you said to drove it home. Looking forward to hear how you like it down the road. Im usually not a fan of buying first year vehicles, but i do like this one
Glad you called it a car or cuv. Not really an suv since no four wheel drive option or big square rear-end. But, nothing wrong with it not being an suv. Not everyone needs that. I'm looking forward to see how the 3 turbo does. I worry, but, then I figure that about 45 hp/cylinder and many 4 cylinders do about the same if not more. Just hope it is long lasting. MPG sounds crazy!!! Good looking "car".
I just bought one and I love it. It has some rattle coming from the seat belt that needs fixed and also they put a chrome piece on one side of the car and blacked out on the other so that is also getting fixed… but holy heaven, that is high Mpg mine does not get near as much as that!!! I maxed out at 36 best at 70mpg cruise control…
I’m excited I pick mine up Wednesday. I did have my wheels powder coated black, that’s just my preference. I bought a black car, so I probably take all the silver off and it be black in black. I shopped and shopped finally found one in Missouri marked down 3k off MSRP in the Avenir. These cars fly off the lots, anywhere in Oklahoma they are sold before they even arrive.
It’s between this and a 2024 Kona. Got approved for both . Thinking of going with the Kona and seeing how these hold up. If I don’t see any recalls or problems I will buy in 2 years if they have a newer version
I'm waiting to see how reliability is. I know the 2.7 turbo 4 in Chevy and GMC has been a solid engine so I know they can do it, just hoping they've done it again.
The Avenir trim is Buick-exclusive with no equivalent in the Chevy Trax line. Likewise, there's no Buick equivalent to the base Trax LS or the 1RS. In the mid-spec trims the Buick lists at $100 more than the equivalent Chevy and it comes down to whether you like the fastback shape or the more wagon-like Trax.
I went to our local Buick dealership yesterday to see one of these. I was kinda excited. The salesman was so awful and rude I left. So they didn't have any in stock. But they were brimming with new cars. His sales approach was , "NO, we don't have any of those cars, so you won't be buying from here and more or less turned around and walked off." I've purchased 3 cars from this dealership since 98. I told him I'll find one somewhere and if I purchased one, I'll bring it buy so he could see one in person. These car dealerships act like we are still in covid times when they mark them up and people are standing in line to buy. Oh, BTW, I told him I was a repeat customer, and he looked at me and smirked. As if to so, "so"... Buick needs to get they want our business. It's still a Buick, I say, and it has an old person stigma. 😮😮😮 #twincitybuick
I am really interested in this Buick Envista. I currently own a 2020 Corolla LE and I get about 36mpg combined. It’s interesting to see that you achieved 42mpg at optimal speeds but that isn’t technically real world mpg. Is it possible to recreate real world mpg including city and highway without trying find optimal speeds to achieve the best mpg? I am assuming you are Vet based on your screen name. Thanks for serving our country!
The Envista is essentially a lengthened Trax with some upgrades. Both have the tiny 1.2L, 3-cylinder engine, with sleek styling. The Envision interior has notable panel gaps, handles bumps adequately but not as well as many other Buicks, door access somewhat compromised by styling.
Hey Thanks you have no idea how much you just helped me out. My 22 Encore GX is going to be coming off lease, and I decided to go Envista Avenir you guys even got the color I want, though I'm going w/ the 2 tone interior. Watching your real guy review I now know I am making the right call. 👍🙂
@@VetOnVettes So I test drove 1 tonight, and I felt like I was more in a car than in a crossover. I'm wonder what your thoughts were b4 I have to say yes or no. and how comfy it is on long drives to you.
Back in October this year,, I tested an Envista with the sport touring trim. I enjoyed it for the most part - it handled well, was very quiet/comfortable, and had exterior style to spare. It ran smoother and peppier than the cramped and jittery Mazda CX-30 that I had test driven the day before. That said, to make the Envista even better, Buick/GM need to add AWD, the 1.3 liter 155 HP engine from the Encore GX Sport Touring and Avenir trim lines, and - as noted in the video - a rear window washer and wiper. I live in central Massachusetts, where winter road salt obstructs visibility out of nearly every car window. Not including a washer/wiper combo on the Envista is a big cause for hesitation in my actually buying one. Offering a hybrid model would be welcome, too. (And I want one in deeper Blue Glow Metallic as on the new Trax - not the watery bland Ocean Blue currently featured. I'm particular that way.) Thanks for the real life review; the Envista is still in the running to succeed my beloved 15 & 1/2 year old Kia Optima EX V6.
Um, adding AWD and the bigger engine to the Envista would defeat its own purpose, which is to be a premium, affordable vehicle. You might as well get the Encore GX, which only has a tad less passenger room but a tad more cargo room cargo room with more conventional SUV styling. I have a GX with the 1.3L, albeit with FWD, and I love it.
Do you find the placement of the brake lights problematic? I'm nervous about someone rear-ending me because they weren't expecting the brake lights to be so low.
Probably going to get an ST for my next lease. I work for GM so I should get some good pricing. Feeling excited to pick one up after watching your review. Do you still like the car?
Sorry, but lack of AWD is a deal breaker for me. I dont go off road, but live in MN, where (most years) roads are snow covered and slippery 4-5 months of the year. The Envista is a very nice hatchback, and would probably be a great value in a warm weather climate. Only other caveat, is that I am somewhat suspicious of the reliability and longevity of those tiny turbocharged 3 bangers.
The Envista and many other small GM vehicles are made by GM Korea (formerly Daewoo), like the Envista, the Spark was an astounding value. I bought my 2017 Spark 5-speed manual base model for $10,000 OTD. I felt like I got FAR more than what I paid for! It was SUPER reliable, fun to drive, and the build quality rivaled anything from Hyundai or Kia. As an import-only buyer I would purchase ANYTHING from GM Korea with complete confidence.
Try China, not Korea. In any case, Korean made cars aren't to the same level as Japanese..but more on par with domestically made cars. (As in can be good, but not the best)
I work at a Buick GMC & Isuzu Trucks dealership. I’m 6’ 2” and I’m also impressed with the Buick Envista. Buick is testing their waters on the Envista to attract younger buyers. When I sat on the drivers seat of course I scoot the seat all the back and then I sat behind the driver seat. Like this guy says I still have leg room. Even though this is a 3 cylinder turbo with 137 horsepower and 162 foot pounds of torque with a 6 speed automatic transmission. Not a CVT. I’ve seen and sat on the Preferred package which is the basic package. Then the ST which is the Sport Touring package and then the Avenir which is the top of the line package. I like it. I’m impressed with Buick that they made the Envista. However let’s see what happens in the long run for reliability and more. Until then it looks very nice. I’m a lube technician since I know this.
Nice overview! I would trade the seat design for power passenger seats. For the price and features, I would overlook no AWD and get winter tires. Thanks for the info!

My 2019 Buick Regal GS an amazing 42 MPG with a 300 HP 6 cylinder on the superhighway. Cylinder deactivation reducing it to 3 cylinder 19 MPG in the city though. Fully equipment with a hatchback. Go Buick!!!
When i looked at this vehilce the first thing that popped in my mind was a baby Lambo Urus. Body cues has similar cures and structure. The updated tech is refreshing.
Can anyone tell me if the wet Chain and engine built worth the long term risk.. over the years I lost a Nissan Altima and Kia Sportage to the timing systems
It's a great design, and it really is a great glimpse at what the Chinese and Koreans are designing/driving compared to what we're used to seeing in the US with just a better eye for spending where it counts for an amazing value and exciting designs in markets that typically appreciate bolder, riskier fashion than what we're typically willing to embrace domestically.
That great gas mileage is courtesy of the 44psi in those gas saving tires. The screen leaning towards you prevents reflections from the windshield. Plus I believe the AWD version has better rear suspension.
Feb. 2024-In Seattle area we can get Envista for close to 10% off sticker. Mine was $2300 below sticker price with another $1,150 discount for military and opening a GM credit card account.
Thanks man! Yeah, I'm still in shock by the value. I just hope it holds up in the long run. The Encore was on the list until we saw the Envista. Just looks so damn sporty.
Yes! Definitely very sporty. The Encore GX with ST package adds the black mirrors and blacked out roof. Color match trim around the wheels as well. The new Envista is another fresh compact SUV.
They ship them from the factory with extra air in the tires. I heard it had something to do with flat spots or something to do with the shipping process. Your dealer is supposed to make sure the proper air pressures in the tires before you take delivery of the car. General motors have replace tires on these because of the overinflation, tires coming apart. I have a black activ, my dealer didn't do my tires, I noticed when I was checking all the gauges after I got it home. Overall I love my new trax activ!
I "think" the reason the transmission lever has such a long throw is so that when it is in Drive it is far enough back and out of the way when trying to reach past it to switches, cup holders and the wireless charger.
That's a lot of piano black! Great video keep up the content. We ended up with a CX-30 as I am afraid of a 1.2 turbo because we keep vehicles for 10 years
The reason for the hard plastic door panels in the rear is simple: Your kids. Chances are they will ruin the soft touch materials with crayons or other kids stuff they play with.
I have the envista 2024 sport touring st and she is a beauty. I do often take off quick in her which I didn’t expect. Some of these comments are just basic criticism for a car. I’ve never driven Buick until now and I’m pretty satisfied and I love the car. The only thing is it’s freaking suckksssss in the winter
I had it down to Chevy Trax and This. You seem to like this better. I love the looks of both the Envista and the Trax. I was leaning towards Trax until I watched this. .... The Only thing I don't like on this is how low the brake lights are.
I test drove one recently, and it would've been perfect if not for one major issue - it's the first car I've ever sat in that I felt too fat for the seats. I'm 6'0" and 285 lbs, and the seat belt socket was jabbing into my right thigh the entire test drive, and the seat as a whole just felt too narrow for me. I currently drive a Ford Focus, so I never expected something so much larger to fit me so poorly. It's a bummer because I was considering leasing one.

It's a great looking car and even if it was comfortable I can't help thinking I would need more. A hybrid option with battery assistance could fix that concern but if this "1.2L liter turbo 3 cyl is all they're going to offer I'll probably keep looking.
Nice car, but I would be concerned with the long-term reliability of the turbo-3 engine.
That 1300cc 3 cylinder engine is a deal breaker for me. It will be working way too hard to last very long.
Buick wasn't on my radar but this is very nice.
90% made in China. Look at the sticker. Take note.
If the reliability is as good as my 2019 Buick Encore, you'll be very happy! 4+ years, no recalls, no repairs.
I like to see it at 100,000 mi in 5 years
Im sold! Thank you for your thorough review, really appreciate that. 🙏🏽 And your garage is so dope!!!
Saw an ad on tv for this! Caught my attention! Couldn’t believe it’s a Buick! Nice ride!
I've been trying to get my mom to replace her '08 Ford Taurus and this might be a good option.
the 08 taurus is a great car
How long has this 1.2 been out?
how are the ones made in korea more reliable than the ones made elsewhere? the factories and materials are the same no matter where they are located, amd most of the most important components are put together by robots. gm vehicles are super reliable weve had them since i was a kid never any issues
@@chickenfarm09 The 1.2L engine has been out in the US since 2020, first in the Buick Encore GX.
@@chickenfarm09 hasnt been out long. so i dont know how it can have such a great track record
Awesome review!! I just purchased a Buick Envista ST and I am amazed at what you get for the $$. The 3 cylinder turbo isn’t the fastest, but it works!! Amazing!!
Thank you! I agree. Amazing Value. I'll do future maintenance videos in the future. Oil/filter changes etc.
Can't believe you yanks can like a 3cylinder motor they are just gonna blow up sooner lol
@@richardgordon4279 Yeah, sure. Tell that to Triumph Motorcycles and Yamaha. Maybe you should do a little research instead of watching cartoons.
Good looking out 👍
@@VetOnVettes Your fuel economy will go down a little but overinflated tires are dangerous so you did the right thing.
The front seats are unusually narrow, which makes for an uncomfortable ride.
This was about the only vehicle that impressed me at the car show, for the price it seems like a good deal, the body style reminds me of the Urus. Thanks for the review
Its Beautiful Good Luck with it!! I love The current Buick Lineup!! Gorgeous vehicles!
GREAT REVIEW and I and many appreciate the Personal review from an ACTUAL OWNER of this vehicle.

Good sincere review. Look forward to 6 month follow up on Buick's import. They are making great cars for world market in South Korea.
Nice! An actual owner's review. Thank you!
Looks and sounds really great. I’ll give you our review after riding in it when we visit this week.
30 37 for me
My concern is with this vehicle is the reliability in the safety in the years to come
I’m excited I pick mine up Wednesday.
Great job GM! Just saw it in person and I was blowed again!
Your garage is set up very nice! Great review! I'm thinking about talking my daughter into one of these.
Very well done and thorough. You're a natural. Best of luck to you.
Great review of a great vehicle. I will be chucking my Accord in a year or so - and this is at the top of my list.
Good review on the new Buick Envista and enjoy that Yuengling Ligtht and thanks for supporting a great American beer.
Great review and a really nice looking vehicle. Price is good too considering what it offers.
I like it. It's definitely a contender for my next vehicle.
your dealer forgot to deflate the tires before handing it over, they over-inflate for shipping. you should take it down to 35psi.
I took delivery of an ST trim this weekend, love the car as well.
Great video! Look forward to your next video on the Envista Avenir!
It’s between this and a 2024 Kona. Got approved for both . Thinking of going with the Kona and seeing how these hold up. If I don’t see any recalls or problems I will buy in 2 years if they have a newer version
Yes, I love an owners review. You did a excellent job. Thanks. 👍💯🎯
Love it. got mine for 750 under msrp. great value.
Where are you located? 750 under msrp for what trim?
Buick doing what Buick was originally meant to do. Be a middle class between Chevy and Cadillac. Absolutely nailed it with this one!
TY amazing value ! 2 questions pls does it have rear window defroster? & length of warranty TY
Wow. That's disgusting. I don't blame you for leaving. I would find a new dealer group to work with for sure.
Post his name.
He probably won't last long.
Both dont offer 4 wheel drive which is why they are so cheap
Hey Thanks you have no idea how much you just helped me out. My 22 Encore GX is going to be coming off lease, and I decided to go Envista Avenir you guys even got the color I want, though I'm going w/ the 2 tone interior. Watching your real guy review I now know I am making the right call. 👍🙂
We have 10.5k miles already. Zero issues (knock on wood) and averaging 37mpg. Solid little car. I'll be doing a full 6month update video.
How this compare to like a Mazda CX5 Select trim? It does come with AWD standard though.
If you straight pipe this thing, please post a video. Very interested in hearing the three cylinder turbo without restrictions.
Any paddleshifters or manumatic lever shifting? Needs a sport version for me. Cool styling.
Saw at the NY Auto Show, very nice looking, congrats and thanks for the review.
Congratulations on your beautiful car. One question: does it have an auto brake hold?
I really like the design of it internally and externally
Your garage is a dream! Nice review
The internet says this particular model is made in China, not Korea like other Buicks. I can't verify that one way or the other.
Try China, not Korea. In any case, Korean made cars aren't to the same level as Japanese..but more on par with domestically made cars. (As in can be good, but not the best)
@@jbm0866the Korean cars are not as good as the Japanese, but are way ahead of the domestics in terms of value, reliability, features, and design.
I just looked at it's cousin the Encore. Pretty nice for the price. The 3 cylinder is kinda iffy though. Definitely do updates.
Looks great; thanks for posting.
BUICK will sell a lot of these....great review. Mike (new subscriber)
Nice overview! I would trade the seat design for power passenger seats. For the price and features, I would overlook no AWD and get winter tires. Thanks for the info!
It is front-wheel drive, so winter traction should be fairly good anyway.

Unrelated comment, I know, but it popped in my head when I saw your cart. It made me laugh; maybe it will you too! At any rate thanks for taking your personal time to tell us about that great looking Buick!
Reminds me of the RX350 and the NX300, i just saw the MRSP and this one is totally cheaper!! 36-37 mpg???? Wow!!!
Rx350 will keep its value longer
Can anyone tell me if the wet Chain and engine built worth the long term risk.. over the years I lost a Nissan Altima and Kia Sportage to the timing systems
Look forward to your follow up. Buick has a hit on their hands for the money!
Does the envista have ambient color lighting ?
That great gas mileage is courtesy of the 44psi in those gas saving tires. The screen leaning towards you prevents reflections from the windshield. Plus I believe the AWD version has better rear suspension.
There is no AWD version available for the Envista.
Tire pressure for the Envista is 35psi. Your dealer didn’t deflate to correct psi when prepping the car. My dealer forgot too.
LOL, i love that you're driving bare foot!
great review but i think the tire pressure is about ten psi more then it should be... might want to lower it for a smoother and softer ride
How many miles are on it? My problem with gm is the build quality sucks. They start out good but goes to hell quickly
Design look and interior look good. No crazy useless front end large grille.
Neat car. It’s very nicely appointed and priced oaky for what it is. It just needs more power and AWD at the $30k mark
It’s FWD only
@@willb9259 yep that’s why it needs awd
Yeah what were they thinking with not adding at least an option for AWD. Basically every compact suv has AWD these days.
Feb. 2024-In Seattle area we can get Envista for close to 10% off sticker. Mine was $2300 below sticker price with another $1,150 discount for military and opening a GM credit card account.
Congrats! We have a Buick Encore GX ST Package and love it. Same engine and can’t complain. It does everything right.
What year is your encore and how long have you had it?
@@cccandyy We have a White Pearl 2021 Buick Encore GX with the ST package. 21K miles and love it.
That should have the 155hp engine.
We ended up with a CX-30 as I am afraid of a 1.2 turbo because we keep vehicles for 10 years
You need to keep with the times. Get a new car every three years.
How much room is there when you fold the back seats down.
Can you get a CD player as an option?
The reason for the hard plastic door panels in the rear is simple: Your kids. Chances are they will ruin the soft touch materials with crayons or other kids stuff they play with.
Thanks for your logical, concise review 🎉
Nce review great car. Glad i found your channel I love vettes
Hell yeah 👍🤙
I have the envista 2024 sport touring st and she is a beauty. I do often take off quick in her which I didn’t expect. Some of these comments are just basic criticism for a car. I’ve never driven Buick until now and I’m pretty satisfied and I love the car. The only thing is it’s freaking suckksssss in the winter
I have searched...does anyone know what the ground clearance is?
I had it down to Chevy Trax and This. You seem to like this better. I love the looks of both the Envista and the Trax. I was leaning towards Trax until I watched this. .... The Only thing I don't like on this is how low the brake lights are.
I'm seriously considering getting one for myself. The only thing giving me pause is it doesn't offer AWD.
The seats in the encore gx and envista are unusually narrow. This is a huge problem.
that's surprising, buick normally caters to fat people
Because it's the seats fault!!!
ngl dude that BMI is excessive. I too am looking to lose 20 kg, looks like you’d benefit from doing the same.
Is this car made in the USA? Also, how is the rear visibility?
