question my left side swing arm notch is sitting at 6. and my right side notch is sitting at 7. do you happen to know how I can move the right side notch from 7 to 6? If i try to pull the left side notch to 7 it makes my chain to tight and it goes out of spec. I cant seem to get the right side to hit 6. any tips?
I noticed on my bike it’s slightly off too just like yours. Try it out and see if it rides straight cuz mine is still aligned although it’s off by a notch
Make sure nothing is catching on the chain, also lube so it can be smooth. Also the chain will make a noise when it moves it’s normal but it depends on what sound it’s making. If u wanna send a clip to my IG dm @itsrickymoto I can let u know if it’s supposed to sound like that
Considering an r7 seems like its fast enouph judging by your video. Used to have a ninja 636 so woried it will feel like a 300 with out the high rpms thoughts?
The r7 is pretty quick, the 0-60 is on par if not slightly faster than an r6 due to its torque but once you top it out over 100+ it def starts to bog down. But shouldn’t be going those speeds on public roads anyway aha
Reminds me of the old videos on the r3 with oil changes and maintenance work, keep em coming
What are the links to the tools and lube?
So are you supposed to push down on the chain and measure the slack? Or just let the chain hang and measure? I might’ve interpreted the manual wrong
Ahh not sure if I explained it clearly in the video, but u push up and measure the length of highest point vs lowest point when it’s hanging low
How do you keep the sprocket so clean
just wash and clean the chain occasionally. the bikes also pretty new and doesn’t get ridden much either

its all rider
Get a Zx6r with slip on it sounds wayyy better, it has more Hp and the R7 you will have to buy a full system and it still doesn’t sound that good
Dude get some damn tools to do this correctly yeah.
