Why not make it with oem connectors? Vs having to cut wires? What if light go out our something happens now you have to cut again. Seems ass backwards imo.
Great question Flex, we haven't had many people asking for OEM connectors attached. Since most stock fenders are thrown away, people are ok with cutting off the OEM connectors. And since the integrated signals ground internally at the taillight, only one wire (positive) needs to be connected. Although, I can see a few positives from having them already attached, the time savings and no require tools. When our side LEDs release for the R7 we plan to offer a version with OEM connectors with a Y split on the positive wire. That way both the integrated signals and winglet lights can wire in easy. We are open to making a version for those only wanting the integrated tail light. Check back soon, we may take your advise. Thanks for the comment/recommendation! -Ryan

Hello Shandilya, thank you for sharing your concern. A concern I don't talk about much and briefly talk about in this video (15:20 -16:00). I'm sure others have thought the same. I am happy to explain in more detail how our swivel brackets stay in place for years: 1. Use a medium thread lock on the bolt's threads (common practice on parts mounted to the chassis of a vibrating motorcycle) 2. Set the desired angle and leave it. Don't try to move the angle without loosening and retightening the bolts. 3. Check these bolts along with the other chassis bolts at your scheduled service intervals. (I doubt people even check to be honest) We sell 1-5 replacement brackets a year. That is a small amount for all the eliminators over various models. Other notable information: To have both swivel bolts loosen and fall out is very unlikely. I have seen a few times 1 bolt holding the bracket and plate in place. The north American motorcycle license plate weights 36 grams / 1.3 oz. that's 8 sheets of plain printer paper. Not enough weight or leverage to loosen the bolts. In my years of riding and as a mechanic I've seen mirrors, pegs, calipers, pads, fairings, levers, sliders and even mufflers fall off. Double check ALL your fasteners. There are a lot more important bolts that need attention to insure your safety: yoke/steering nut, handle bars/clip-ons, drain bolt! to name a few that I have seen cause accidents.
